The employees do not care at all and they are as slow as sloths. I waiting for my food for 20 minutes and it was only soup and Mac n cheese. My buzzer went off, the food wasn't even up and I had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes. They asked me what I ordered, I told them, and then nothing. Once he food came up, they got the order wrong. They filled the bowl less then half way with Mac n cheese and didn't even put thr bacon on it. This is the worse experience I have had at a restaurant in years. I would not recommend this location at all.

The store on Saddle Creek was not a friendly place at all. The cashier was not helpful at all. I could not hear or even see the menu. The cashier would not speak up despite me asking over and over. Finally I said to forget it since no one was willing to help. We turned around and left. Never again.

They were slammed and on a holiday. So, I want that to be recognized. I appreciate the stafff trying to work hard and being very nice. Croutons were stale. They tried to find me fresher ones, but they were still chewy. Wrong sandwich was made (chicken salad instead of tuna). Didn’t ask if we wanted chips or bread. We had to go back a couple of times to get things adjusted. Hope the staff is learning and I’m sure they will improve.

Poor customer service!!!

Went to make a quick stop at Panera to grab some food, And was unfortunately disappointed when I walked in, I’ve seen around three workers standing around the front, And I walked to the kiosk to place my order and quickly realized that they were down for the night. Then went to the front register to place my order, And proceeded to stand there for over five minutes while a blonde lady kept walking by me and ignoring me. After finally standing there long enough, I walked over to where you grab your food and stood there for another couple minutes and waited for someone to appear. Thankfully, I asked this young man if he could take my order and he immediately did so and helped me from there. I felt very unwelcome when I walked in and even if they were busy, I should’ve at least been told That it would be a moment instead of being stared at across the room. Not happy with the service here form the ladies. The kind gentleman was the only reason this got 1 star.

Joined sip club for the iced coffee, then found out u gotta make it yourself lmao i have a pot of coffee and an ice tray at home, why would i pass on that to pay a fee and come to your store to make my own coffee??? Lmao i made it twice and it tasted terrible both times, im gonna go to McDonald's for my iced coffee now and cancel membership 🙃 mcd has a special large for 99 cents and they make it for you 🫡 and they have a vanilla sugar free option, panera only has liquid sugar or substitute packets 👎 lacking and had no interest in helping me, i tried a dash of cinnamon they had out this time and its still not good, half and half and milk is old time coffee

I don’t think I have ever gone to this location and not had an issue with my order. I decided to try one last time and was once again let down. Came in almost 2 hours before close, but they were already getting things ready to close and acted like my presence there was an annoyance. I ordered a hot sandwich and they did not even cook it. From now on I’ll make the drive to the Saddle Creek location.

I ordered a bagel here on my lunch hour today. I hadn’t been here in a few months. My phone notified that my order was ready so I went it to pick it up. They are no longer using the fast pick up case to put orders in. There were several people preparing food and yelling at each other about what they were doing They were putting to go orders up on a shelf and yelling out peoples names. I waited 20 min after going in to get my order. Finally I asked about it and they found my bagel off to the side. One woman was yelling to not take anymore catering orders for the next day because they already had a 2,100$ day and she didn’t need to deal with adding another $ 1,800 to it. I noticed the floor was dirty by the bagel bins. People who were dining were coming up to the counter asking for parts of their meals that they hadn’t gotten. My bagel tasted fine but I was shocked at the trashy vibe and the change in the environment . Utterly shocked!

Came here since I got a gift card… the last few times it’s been a bad experience but this time…. Was the worst. I ordered at 6pm… and it’s 6:20 with no orders in site. This location specifically seems to be severely understaffed… the tables in the dining room still have people’s trays and food on them . There’s only 3 people working …I kinda feel bad for them to be honest.

We are in Omaha for the Holidays and unfortunately I got the flu. Our condo is just a couple blocks from your 78th and Dodge facility so my husband drove to your place to get me some chicken noodle soup. When he returned there were two bowls of broccoli cheddar! I cannot eat that because I’m lactose intolerant so I called to see if someone would deliver my soup. The young lady told me they don’t deliver and put the manager Chloe on the phone. Chloe said if we wanted a refund we had to back in because it was a “counter” purchase.

I have told myself I will never go back to this location more than once but I am so sick with the flu the soup sounded good. Now my husband has to go back and deal with this mess. Chloe said we needed the receipt but we do not have a receipt. If when he gets there and they refuse I will continue to go higher and higher in the Panera chain until someone actually listens to me!!! This is not over!!

Every feel invisible? Like maybe you've passed away and you're still walking around on earth? That's how I felt during my visit to Panera today. My order was wrong, twice and while standing at the counter to get my missing items, I was completely ignored. They weren't that busy, in fact their website said it was less busy than usual at this time. I had to go to the pastry counter to get someone's attention. He sent me back to the counter to wait, meanwhile my already not so warm soup got cold. I finally got my missing baguette and plain bagel I ordered (doesn't Panera come from a word that means breadbasket? How do you forget the bread?) I keep telling myself that I won't come back here, but somehow I'm drawn back in hoping things have changed. By the way, your receipt says if your order isn't right, let a manager know. What a farce, I was asked the question, are you sure you didn't already get your baguette and bagel? Seriously?

Ok..the orange scone was very good. The caramel latte was NOT good. Could not taste any caramel. They were out of milk & subbed almond milk..couldn't taste any coffee, just the almond milk! They no longer have mochas (my favorite).

I’ve been to this location a few times and the order has been wrong every single time. Tonight I was given the wrong food and they were going to make a new sandwich. 20 minutes goes by before the sandwich is ready. I am totally surprised anyone has had a good experience here.

My favorite place to get my chicken and wild rice soup. It's creamy and not brothy. Haven't had anything here that I didn't like. Love their sandwiches and salads. Always friendly no matter the time or day.
