this isn’t just this location, I’ve noticed this at the location in Papillion as well… extremely skimpy on portions. If I pay extra for chicken on my salad I expect more than 2 slices. Chicken on my sandwich? I should be able to see that it has more than one or two pieces between the giant pieces of bread. $15 for a you pick two and still being hungry after… just going to avoid coming to Panera. Sadly has gone downhill

The lady that was calling orders out was very friendly and helpful. Her name tag said Ana team lead. She was amazing and I didn’t specify on the side I wanted they gave me a baguette, and I simply asked Ana if she could switch it out for a bag of chips instead. Most of the stuff is friendly

We went there Saturday. Mind you I have went there before and gotten good service. This time though, the coffee machine was down....fine but tell me when I'm waiting for my latte or before I order it please and offer a fountain drink cup maybe since thats not my fault... Also they served my son a rock hard cinnamon roll not with a smile. Then when he advised them they heated it with not a smile. Also the person helping him and glaring at him holds some kind of management position...might rethink going to panera if this is the location we're near anyways...

Put a mobile order in to be picked up at 3 pm Arrived and staff was more focused on socializing with each other. When questioned where my food was, they hadn’t started it. There was no one in the lobby, no cars in the lot. Didn’t receive my food for 30 min. Was missing drink. Food poorly put together.

I stepped in the very clean Panera, used there very easy and accessible kiosk. Christian the employee is extremely well versed in customer service. Christian helped the customers waiting as well as continued to process my order? Thank you for valuing your customers!
The young man who took our order at 7:35 pm on 9/28/25 at 78th and Dodge was a very poor example of customer service. He was surly, barely talked, and seemed disgruntled when he made a mistake on our discount and had to redo the order. Wish I hadn't tipped! The Harvest salad was very good, but we were not given the usual option of baguette, chips or apple.

Asked kid at counter how this particular soup came when ordered to-go, he said “I dunno, what else do you want”? Well, go find out… then at the end of the order proceeds to grab my bagel and cookie with his bare hands and place them in my hands right at the counter. No bag, nothing. He said the rest of the order will be “over there later”. *points to other side of store*. This place is always dirty and out of baguettes. They don’t even give you an option for a side, they just throw a spoiled and warm apple on your plate and get upset when you ask if there is anything else you can get. Clearly no one asked for an apple but all customers received one without notice after 5pm yesterday. 8/14
