food was amazing, service wasnt the best it took 25 minutes for me to get my food.Although the employees i did encounter to get my food were very sweet. and when i did get it i couldnāt even sit down and enjoy it with peace without hearing dishes and stuff being slammed together im not sure what was going on sounded like a zoo back there. hopefully next time i come back its not as loud lol. the are was very dirty in the lobby tables werenāt clean.

Why are drinks always put away an hour before closing time? Why canāt we have half and half or almond milk in our tea or coffee at 8:00? Why canāt we have iced tea after 8:00? Why canāt we have hot coffee or iced coffee after 8:00? Why is the drink menu only partially available after 8:00, when your posted dining room hours are until 9:00? š¤

I have never once gotten my full order from this Panera. At the very least my drink is always missing. They also skimp on everything they do give you and are out of stock of a lot most of the time.

Ordered in person for āto goā Ordered the new French dip, chicken salad (dbl salad)and tomato soup. Soup and Chicken were good. The beef had hardly any meat on it and there was no sandwich dipping juice. Big disappointment.. Staff was nice at time of ordering. We didnāt call them- it was too far to go back anyway.

Nice little patio area out front. Unfortunately they allow employees to chain smoke cigarettes out there it kind of ruins the experience.

Max was SO fun and helpful when placing our order. My sister and I came in late on a Sunday night and he was so nice and went out of his way to make our experience great! We even got free cookies! Highly recommend.
Had a drive thru pickup order. Had to wait for 20 minutes behind a car even though they knew the car behind has a PICK UP order. I guess āwait for your food parking spotsā dont exist anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

I apologize for my wordy analysis I am a business student but I will sum it up with: I would not recommend nor return to this panera. Iām disheartened as someone who could use a nice eatery near my home for a quick breakfast/lunch and study spot. As someone who wasted money at this establishment Iām sick that businesses like these are still standing. Itās a money pit to the community. The cinnamon bagel smelled like vomit, so Iām guessing it was expired, not handled with gloves, not stored properly, or all three. The store itself was filthy and there were flies buzzing around the kitchen as the food was being prepared. The lady at the counter was nice, but everyone else seemed overworked and kept making mistakes with orders in the 15 minutes I was there. My order was completely inedible, and yet I waited behind 7 other people (who ordered after me) to receive one sandwich. My sandwich only had bread, egg whites, avocado, and tomato. It was also disgusting. The avocado had a strong unripe flavor with the texture of mold and the bread was stale and then burnt on top of that. The drive thru set up is also unnecessarily taxing, so donāt waste your time. I have been there twice. Today, which is what drove me to write this review, and three years ago when I vowed never to come back for all the same things I listed here. Except, I couldnāt remember why I disliked this panera and decided to challenge that in hopes that change had occurred. This time I will remember all the reasons I have avoided this place, and hopefully Iāve helped someone else avoid wasting their money, too. Mainly, I wrote this in such detail for the business itself with still lingering hope that some improvements can come from my feedback and save future unwitting customers.
