Closed before 9. Been sick for days, finally got a craving for a broccoli cheddar soup bowl. My husband ventured out in the snow to get some for me. The store was closed early. Disappointing, won't be eating tonight.

I walked in the side door and looked to my left and to my right to find a table to sit at. Almost every table was dirty. The floor was littered with trash. There were dirty dishes on some tables. I found a table and cleaned it off myself. I went to order and there was no one there after waiting for a few minutes. I ordered from the kiosks and someone yelled when my food was ready. The food was decent. People who came in after me had a hard time finding a clean table. Employees walked around with no care. The bathrooms were just as disgusting.

I normally don't do this, but something needs to change at this location. My last two pick-up orders and experiences have not been the best. My 1st pick-up order, they didn't give me half my order which caused me to turn back around and get the rest of it. They gave us less than half of the soup bowl serving and expressed this was the portion their supposed to give out.

My 2nd pick-up order, they handed me the wrong order, someone else's order, after confirming my first and last name in the drive thru just minutes before. After making them aware of giving me the wrong order and getting my order, we ordered a 30oz and got a 20oz. We also ordered soup again and our bowl of soup was filled to the rim this time, contradicting their first statement with our first messed up pick-up order. I will drive to a further location to receive better service than this location has provided. This location has definitely gone downhill!

I waited almost 15 minutes for a chocolate croissant and the employees were just talking and laughing, what the flip. I also never feel safe when I go here.

I wanted to share a little feedback about this particular Panera location. I stop in nearly every morning for my coffee fix, but I've noticed it takes a bit longer to get a cup here compared to other locations. Sometimes, there's no one at the front counter when I arrive, which can be frustrating. Also, the cleanliness could use a bit of a boost—this morning, there was some leftover trash from yesterday that wasn't smelling too great. I really think with a little TLC from better management, this place could be fantastic, especially since it's such a perfect spot for meetings!

They always take way too long here. Drive through and inside are both ridiculous wait times. Please train your staff better. And the quality of the food is never as good as it should be either. Especially considering the long wait. It’s usually cold and sloppily put together.

I placed a rapid pick up order and waited in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes for pick up. I was handed a bag and my drink and I left. One of the items I ordered was a basil blt. When I returned to work and opened my sandwich, this is what I got. Glad I didn't order a salad today.

Recently ordered a sandwich to-go and found that they left meat off of my breakfast sandwich! Too far away to go back. Also, this location is filthy - standards for cleanliness are way too low for a place where food is prepared/consumed. Does Panera HQ condone this way to run their franchise???
