I was in the drive-thru line for a half hour, even after ordering ahead. The food was good, and reasonably warm, which is why they get more than 1 star.

I don't generally rate places I've been to unless they're really good or really bad. This one is really good. The people are professional and the customer service is amazing. The food is truly fantastic, and the atmosphere does not give the feeling of a run of the mill fast food place. I like to drop by Panera for a study session with their strawberry-banana smoothie and a chocolate croissant. Excellent on all accounts. Please tip the staff!

sitting in drive thru is horrible. Been waiting in this line literally 20 minutes. my food was done 15 minutes ago.

I don’t even know where to begin with this train wreck of a visit. We ordered one sliced, untoasted Asiago bagel at 12:44 PM. Not a sandwich. Not soup. Not something that takes prep time. Just a bagel that was already sitting there, fully baked, waiting to be handed over.

And yet my husband waited sixteen full minutes…SIXTEEN…while Panera employees wandered around in slow motion, apparently baffled by the concept of grabbing a bagel.

He finally had to ask for a manager just to get someone to notice. And the grand solution? They handed over the bagel with a flat “sorry.” That’s it. No explanation, no sense of urgency, no accountability, just an empty apology after wasting a quarter of an hour on something that should’ve taken thirty seconds. Had he not asked to speak to a manager, he probably would’ve had to wait for thirty minutes.

I wouldn’t wait that long at McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or literally any fast food restaurant and those places actually have to cook things! But waiting sixteen minutes for an untoasted bagel at Panera, where the bagels are already made and sitting out in plain sight? That’s downright comical.

Honestly, it felt like an experiment in how little effort a business can put in before a customer gives up. If this is what Panera calls service now, I’d hate to see what happens when someone orders a full meal. This place has completely lost the plot and my business. I will NEVER return.

We were in the drive thru for a total of 20 mins with 10 mins simply waiting at the speaker to be helped. There were only two cars in front of us so not sure why there was even a delay but we wound up leaving as a result.

Terrible! Very slow! Rude! Waited in drive-thru for an half a hour. Pull around to the front only to get a rude person! I don't recommend this spot! Keep driving to another location.

Went thru drive-thru 8pm. There was one car in front of me at the window. I ordered one pumpkin cookie. Waited for the one car to get their window for more than 10 minutes. Finally got up to window and I asked why they don't ask the long orders to pull up so they can run it out. They said they do it during the day but not at night because the m they don't staff for it. So u suggested they not offer drive-thru if they can't staff for it. The cookie was $4 and it sucked. Dry and crumbly. Do not buy the pumpkin cookie! Their drive thru is the slowest. I'm real sick of waiting there. Don't go back. They don't deserve my business.

I regularly visit this location but I think this was the last time. I know things are expensive these days and I like the food enough to justify the cost to myself. However, over 6 dollars for a cup of soup that isn't even half full (ordered a cup not a bowl, and the cup size was half full) and to have banana peppers sticking out of my grilled cheese isn't cool. Made the whole sandwich taste off. Attached is the photo of the soup and some of the peppers I was able to pick out.
You're better off at another location or maybe wait until an off hour.

Best salads! Love the Greek with grilled chicken. Sometimes, I do a 1/2 salad and get the chicken and rice soup...excellent!

Another revisit and Josie F. went above and beyone to assist us with our order. The light on the sign was off so she came outside to assist and was able to read the items we were asking about. Great customer service, it was a shame that I could not leave a tip when I paid but I am hoping this review gets her acknowledged by her mamagement as she went above and beyone to ensure our order wars right and our dining experinece was top notch. Anothe rgreat dining experience at Panera as always!

I got a beagles this morning with two hazelnut coffee via drive through. My cup holder in my car was already full with other drinks so I politely asked for cup holders for my coffee. She slammed the drive through door and yelled at me and also dropped all the bag in her side then she sent another Asian woman to serve my order. I hope her day gets better and I send all my positivity and love to her. ❤️❤️❤️

11 minutes and counting and still sitting in a short drive thru line, haven't been helped yet. People are leaving the line due to frustration. Your customers deserve better than this.
