Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the bread was soggy when I opened it. I was the only one at the drive thru when I got there, by the time I left there were 6 people waiting behind me. It was 3 PM on a Sunday.

This location makes for an easy overall enjoyable experience. Great food, as always. I worked at this location 10 years ago, for context. Last visit, I spotted my old manager, Mr. Caniglia. Thanks for not firing me! Haha, I wasn't a fantastic employee at the time, but he was a really awesome manager. To see how well this location is still doing now, I think can speak to his management skills and dedication to leading by example. The renovations to the inside are very nice and cozy. I got lunch here two days in a row while on a business trip into town because it's so good.

Panera used to be a place I thought was fancy. Then I made the mistake of joining their sip club and seeing how disgusting all of their locations are I am just shocked this place is still in business. With overflowing trash cans, never cleaning tea canisters just topping them off constantly, and their new way of doing bagels, I didn't know ordering a toasted bagel meant I was ordering a black rock. The sip club is an absolute mess, you go in and put your number in on a pad and it asks for a rating before you have even got any of your order. The drinks are never filled properly like I said before they are just consistently topped off not broken down and cleaned. The coffee is never full and the soda is the worst in town. I recently complained about all this to panera and they gave me a credit to use on my next visit and when I went in it was gone. Someone had taken my credit and used it since you can just type phone numbers into the pad until you find an account. Overall it's not worth it, the food is terrible quality and their customer service could use a huge improvement. Please go anywhere other than panera for your next meal.

Everything here is great and workers are great except every single time I come here I am always given chips as a side even when I specifically ask for a bread.
Doordash here. Have two orders I'm waiting on currently. One isn't even showing up on the 'track your order' screen by the pickup area. The other one has sat on the counter for about 10 minutes with employees walking by and no one doing anything about it. UPDATE: Employee helped and issue was resolved quickly. It was an issue with the actual order I was waiting on.

Tried the new avocado with egg white. The avocado was brown and flavorless. Sandwich flavor is very bland. Coffee is always great! Service at the counter was fine. Bathroom floor was filthy at 7am.
