Low review because web site is insulting. It focuses on cross selling you add on merchandise and NOT on completing an accurate order. After you fight through the myriad of pop- ups the website neglects to ask you if it is for later delivery. My food gets to sit on the shelf for an hour before I am there to pick it up. Dial your agressive web site down a bit. Your making it easier to shop elsewhere.

We walked in looked at the menu and no one ever greeted us or ask us if we needed assistance. We ordered the cheesesteak and it was definitely missing at least half the meat. It didn't look nothing like the pictures and very thin. I don't come to this location and probably will go to my normal location because the service and food is much better.

Panera is great. Friendly staff and excellent food. Very good food options. Must've been pajamas night because all the staff was in pjs.

Stephanie helped me through the drive through she was very kind. She didn’t rush me and answered questions. She made sure to ask of my kids wants mayo lettuce tomato etc on the sandwhich which was very thoughtful of her!

I love Panera but....they took my favorite Napa sandwich off the menu, and that has me trying to find another place. I love the green tea, but that sandwich was my main reason for going there.
Food's always great (get the bacon turkey bravo and the broccoli chedd soup), and I also appreciate that they have tables with outlets available for use. We lost our power in the recent storm and I was able to work from this location for a while. Much appreciated. (Note that if you're going to do this, be a paying customer! Don't be a mooch.)

If you want inconsistent Panera, this is a location for you. Portions are different every time. I should really just stop going to Panera in general.
My go to when I need coffee and pastries for a meeting in the morning. Order it online the night before and then grab and go. Always been ready to go and great quality! Also good for lunch, little pricey but worth it
