“Today I noticed that I made an error not confirming a make ahead order did not complete. I called Papa Johns and confirmed my error. But not to fret, the website saved the order, and I was able to complete the order at 11:00AM and Papa John’s still had the order to me by 11:30AM! They went above and beyond to make sure my event still got fed without missing a beat. Thank you everyone for getting that large pizza order to me, hot, fast, and correctly. Great customer service.“

“Food tasted great, crust wasn't what I was used to seeing from Papa Johns. For the past 10 years it's been a little thicker than what I got from this location. I don't know if that's because I ordered well done on one pizza or what but would have liked to see a crust that is a little thicker around the edges or more airy. Tasted great though.“
