“Today I noticed that I made an error not confirming a make ahead order did not complete. I called Papa Johns and confirmed my error. But not to fret, the website saved the order, and I was able to complete the order at 11:00AM and Papa John’s still had the order to me by 11:30AM! They went above and beyond to make sure my event still got fed without missing a beat. Thank you everyone for getting that large pizza order to me, hot, fast, and correctly. Great customer service.“

“Shoutout to the late night crew at Papa John’s on 90th and Maple last night. I called to have some food delivered to a bar at 12:30am. Whomever took my order was polite and helpful. It was there within 35 minutes and everything was fresh and delicious: two pizzas, breadsticks and boneless wings. Our delivery driver, Carter, was super friendly. He brought everything in, set it up nicely on some tables and opened the boxes for us. He asked if we wanted some plates, napkins and silverware then ran out to his car to get some along with cheese and pepper. All around great experience and that is usually something you don’t expect for a 1am pizza delivery.“

Also a lot of bad ratings mainly related to the delivery. Ive also done delivery for all restaurants with uber, doordash, etc, in this city so its really the driver fault. Papa john has nothing to do with the quality of delivery service.“
“We ordered 7 pizzas and 4 orders of garlic knots to be delivered for a birthday party at 6...doorbell rings at noon....pizza is here...oh no! I called and spoke with the manager...he apologized, said keep the food and we will redeliver at 6 for your party!! No argument, no hemming and hawing, just took care of the problem and saved the day!! This happened 1-2-2026..Day manager...I wish I knew your name...you are awesome!! Thankyou again!!“
