Today I noticed that I made an error not confirming a make ahead order did not complete. I called Papa Johns and confirmed my error. But not to fret, the website saved the order, and I was able to complete the order at 11:00AM and Papa John’s still had the order to me by 11:30AM! They went above and beyond to make sure my event still got fed without missing a beat. Thank you everyone for getting that large pizza order to me, hot, fast, and correctly. Great customer service.

I would not recommend this location. Their customer service is terrible! I ordered a pizza that wasn't sliced. When I called to ask why it wasn't sliced, Troy swore up and down that he sliced it. Why would I lie? He only agreed to do something about it once I told him I took pictures of the pizza. He gave me a credit, but that was all he said. Very rude, argumentative and abrupt on the phone.
I called back tonight because I was going to use the credit. I didn't know how much it was for, so I asked. The guy on the phone started yelling and talking over me before I could get the sentence out. Like, dude calm down. He wouldn't answer the question of how much it was for and proceeded to try and place a carry out order. I don't order carry out.
I just ended the call at that point. If they make their pizzas right, they won't have to deal with phone calls. So terribly rude.

Update: I talked to a manager named Carrie, and she refunded my card. The driver was door dash! Previous review: I ordered delivery. I had a horrible experience, and never again will I order delivery at this place! The other taker was rude! The delivery driver left my pizza on the porch without texting or calling, so I thought it was never received!!! Caleb in Bellevue I talked to offered to help until I found my pizza on the porch!!

The food was good but it took awhile for my food to be cooked when the place was empty, the service was okay but overall good.
I made an order online at this location for the first time. All I can say is that the delivery time took too long, and let me say the order was made at 5:29 PM. The food arrived cold, and looked like it was sitting there waiting to be picked up. This is unacceptable.
