Ordered 40.00 in pizza and 2 liter from you all at 7:20 pm was given a time of 8:15pm which is almost an hour then after 815 we called to find out why the driver was driving in the wrong direction away from us and your answer was that the previous delivery had issues with the address so ok i get things happen but no offer of a discount or anything a credit nothing it’s been over on hour.

Pizza is pizza. Yummy. Would recommend every single time! I did get takeout though so I didn’t see the atmosphere.
I have never had to struggle to order a pizza as much as I have here. I called and the person sounded like they were swimming underwater and then every time I said I wanted to deliver they would tell me “okay would you like delivery or carryout” it was insane.

Food tasted great, crust wasn't what I was used to seeing from Papa Johns. For the past 10 years it's been a little thicker than what I got from this location. I don't know if that's because I ordered well done on one pizza or what but would have liked to see a crust that is a little thicker around the edges or more airy. Tasted great though.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and paid for 4 additional sauces. This is not the first time this has happened where I get none of the additional sauces.. I’ve never made a big deal about it but it keeps happening so I called to speak to someone about it this time. Talk about an employee that has zero customer service, extremely rude! I have every right to be frustrated because this has happened multiple times. She had the nerve to blame me for not calling on it before and said she wasn’t gonna argue with me about it after I said, you guys really need to be double checking your orders to make sure you’re giving the customer what they ordered. No apology was given but she said I was given a refund. If you’re gonna have this bad of an attitude, then maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service. I didn’t get upset with her until she started blaming me for not calling before. I think the owner of this Papa John’s should start paying more attention to how the employees are treating the customers, especially since y’all have 2.9 stars on Google.

Delivery driver sat in front of our house eating pizza, then threw a bunch of half eaten pieces and garbage on the road and in our yard. I can only imagine what they do to customers' food based on that.

So my wife ordered food and when it was being delivered, the delivery lady straight walked up in our place and then walked out as my wife walked to the door. No "Sorry" or anything. Our garlic butter was opened, and I'm letting it be known we WILL NOT order from here again. She called and the person who answered the phone twice hung up on her. If anyone knows how to get in touch with corporate I would greatly appreciate the information.
