Its fast food pizza. So good enough to fill your belly. Dont expect to my local restaurant pizza which is better
Also a lot of bad ratings mainly related to the delivery. Ive also done delivery for all restaurants with uber, doordash, etc, in this city so its really the driver fault. Papa john has nothing to do with the quality of delivery service.

My order was not delivered or may have been delivered to the wrong door. Got a message from the delivery person that it was left on a chair by the door. I went to get it and it was not there. Called the store and the manager was very polite and respectful stated he needed to speak to the driver which is fair. What is commendable is the pizza was being delivered 10 mins earlier than expected. My concern is the delivery person did not attempt to confirm the correct delivery location. I was looking forward to having pizza tonight but, no longer want it. Kudos to the store for quick service and professional manager communication. Thumbs down to the delivery person.

No offense to the guys working here as they are great but I hate that papa John’s has started using door dash as their delivery. Really changes it. Consistently getting cold pizza bc my “delivery driver” also has to order someone’s Taco Bell. Ruined your shit

Ordered pizza, paid, got email about it being made. Waited an hour and called the restaurant and they “did not have my order number”. Told me to reach out to the AI useless customer service chat bot for a refund which then told me to reach out to the store for a refund lmao

Ordered online for pickup. Promotion online indicated $9 pick up for large pizza two toppings. After all was said I ended up paying $21.53 with the tip for a pizza that was bland with no flavor in the sauce or pizza alone. Ugh never again a waste of my money. I'll never order or eat another pizza at Papa John's again.

Love these Guys !! When ever i get a Pizza from them its good . When i order delivery its super Quick and Piping Hot if the delivery guys are Working . Their Delivery Guy Doug always makes sure i have Napkins . The only problem i ever have is if Door Dash delivers and does not ring my bell and leaves Pizza outside to be stolen .

Great staff and cook couple Americans that was opposite of darker skinned but they was so nice with great customer service skills it was a young man that was the cook and sweet hearted lady that was assisting great team work and delicious food

Ordered on their website at 10:58pm, said it would be 48 minutes. Fine. Then at 11:20 the online tracker changed to "Delivered by Door Dash" and the delivery time changed to 12:21am so I called the store and spoke with Jesus. He said they didn't have a delivery driver and had to wait for Door Dash. You could tell the food had been sitting waiting for delivery because it was not hot. And Jesus said he would call me when they picked up, but he didn't. Also said I would get a refund - we will see. Didn't receive our order until 12:45am. Disappointed to say the least!

Have been waiting over an hour for pizza. Was told they do not have delivery drivers and are waiting for a door dash driver. Could not tell me when a door dash driver would be available. Poor way to run a business.
I love the taste of Papa John's Pizza and the staff are so friendly and they make sure that they get the doordash out that I'm usually there to pick up in a decent timely manner

Had the most phenomenal delivery experience. My fresh and delicious food was delivered before my expected delivery window. The delivery driver was very kind and made sure to comply with contactless delivery. Could not have been better 👍🏻

Pizza took over an hour to arrive and was not sealed. Driver was a doordash driver who refused to come to the building so I had to go find him outside. He also wouldnt answer the phone when i tried to call. Pizza was cold. 0/10 experience.
