Papa Johns just continues to disappoint. I asked for extra sauce and it WAS NOT on it. Not to mention the call process. I don't order Papa John's much now simply because of having to talk to someone in another country. I want to talk to whoever is making my pizza or at least working in the establishment

We went in to pick up our pizzas the man who greeted us in a torn up hrey shirt seemed annoyed we were even there then proceeded to walk past our order on the shelf. We say there staring at it for 15 minutes.

Ordered buffalo wing and hot lemon pepper wings. Lemon pepper wings has buffalo sauce all over them. The kid working said thatās how hot lemon pepper are made. Place is a joke, made a complaint never heard anything back. Stay away from this location at all costs. Look at the picture can you tell which one is lemon pepper?

I had accidentally ordered my food for carry out and they were out of my delivery zone. My brain was fried and we just found out we had to put our dog down so I was very distracted when ordering. Dustin the GM worked his magic and was able to get Justin to deliver my order for me!! Thank you so much, you guys rock!

There was a pretty big snow storm here in Omaha today, naturally pizzas gonna be busy! There was some issues between DoorDash, and them. I believe the girls name was Amanda, (maybe Amber) was absolutely AMAZING. Her customer service skills were top notch, and she was overall just genuinely kind! She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was still completely satisfied! My daughter and I couldnāt thank her enough!

We just had such an amazing experience here, and it's our first time ever eating here! We ordered online, and our order was ready before we even arrived. But still got it home, perfectly warm!! We had an issue during our order, and it was resolved by Justin and Cane, ( I could be wrong on his name) They truly exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so friendly, and helpful! The food was also delicious! We will be dining with this Papa John's again! āŗļø

Placed delivery order at 5:30, was quoted 42 minutes, took just over an hour to get. Not a huge deal, couldāve been busy even on a Wednesday, just an extra 20 minutes than what was quoted. The problem was it arrived barely warm and the pizzas looked like they were made right away, then sat around for the entire hour until being delivered. Just wish they couldāve waited to make the pizzas until a someone was available to deliver. Two stars because when I called, they did say they will give me them for free next time.
