There really wasn't anything wrong with my experience. I found that the food was typical Papa John's food, so it was exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a heart shaped pizza online around noon, to be ready at 7:00. It was ready at 7:00 but I’m pretty sure they made it at noon. Don’t come here often and now I know not to again.

The food was cold. Order was supposed to be ready at 515, which it was, but it wasn't given to me until 6. Employee stated it would only be 5-10 minutes. I watched multiple people come in and out before i received my food. Watched one of the employees, knocked some of my food into the trash can, and then handed me the rest. He did remake it right away when I pointed it out, but not the point. I understand they were busy because of a fundraiser, but that is no excuse. I would not recommend this location at all.

We've ordered from this location 4 times in the last 6 weeks. The pizza is delicious. The team members are very friendly. And they've not made a single mistake. Overall, we are very pleased with the food and service we get from this location.

If i could give less than a star i would. First to change delivery addy on app is not user friendly when i got that sorted ten minutes’ish, I ordered a stuff crust double pepperoni at 10:34 am to be picked up at 11:30 am. On Their App.Store hours are 11 to 11. My thinking 15 min for oven to get hot while they make the pie.I drove ten minutes to closest location arriving at 11:30. The employee look confused when I said i was there for a pickup. She then said, “I saw this this morning”, I asked if the pie was almost ready? She stated no they hadn’t made it stating the app changed the pick up time to 11:30 pm and the app does that all the time.The store closes at 11 pm. didn't seem likely a app would allow a pickup when they are closed. And if it did it should have prompted a telephone to clarify.She said she’d make it. Leaving me to wait 20 minutes. I started to go to my Jeep annoyed to wait. As i got my door I due remembered seeing a Little Caesars Hot and Ready sign at their location on 156th and dodge.I went back in and canceled order.The employee made no offers to have my pie delivered free or anything to rectify the situation.As a person of color i felt a tad unethical since Papa’s racist tirade and even though Shaq endorses them I’ve been hesitant to order from them.I usually order pizza for pick-up or delivery at least twice a month. This experience combined with former racist ceo has sealed the deal. Papa John’s has lost my business for life!!Id think to think Little Caesars for saving their day with their delicious hot and ready pepperoni.

I called in and talked to Neil. I wanted a Hawaiian pizza he said you should get the Ultimate Hawaiian pizza. It included bacon so I was in, I really appreciate Neil for his great suggestion. Pizza was hot, fresh & fast. Neil nailed it!!
