Papi's Mexican Grill at the Inner Rail in Aksarben Village is a great new place to dine with a great atmosphere and an upscale look. The food is absolutely amazing, always so good, and leaves people doing a happy food dance. The menu offers a lot of choices to pick from, including different meats like al pastor with pineapple, perfect birria, amazingly seasoned steak, and chicken. Their burritos are pretty huge, the biggest in Omaha, offering a bang for your buck, with specific mentions of the steak egg and potato burrito on Saturday mornings. Other standout items include the delicious Nacho Fries with toppings like steak and birria, and the horchata, which is called a gift of god. The habanero sauce and pineapple hot sauce are also yum. The staff are always friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable, even creating custom combinations. It is definitely a spot to check out for an amazing, flavorful experience from mild to spicy hot.
