Paradise Bakery & Cafe Village Pointe

I love this spot!!! Their half and half is a great deal, I thought the soup would be a small cup but it was a decent size! Plenty of seating inside and TONS of options!! There was an older gentleman going around pushing a cart or something who was very hard working, kind, and highly attentive to my needs during my time there - shoutout to him! He noticed whenever I was looking for something and pointed me in the right direction. The Asian chicken salad was great. Can’t wait to try everything else!

Really really good sandwiches, salads, and cookies for a really modest price. You can switch out your free chocolate chip cookie for any of the ones they have at the counter which is awesome. I get the Paradise Club and the Caesar salad every time, absolutely superb for $11

Parking: It's usually quite hard to find good parking at Village Pointe unless you go to the north lot, which is quite far from Paradise Cafe.

I use to really like this place however the last time in I got a sandwich CLUB and I got one thin slice of all meats and the bacon was McDonald’s quality. Sad to see the shrinkflation .
Giving 2 stars because some of this may not be their fault . Reality is Covid was an excuse to raise prices as we had shortages idk what the excuse is now??

I’m an Uber delivery driver, and I received an order on Thursday, Sept. 05, 2024 at around 7:45-7:50PM, and was about 10-15 ish minutes from the restaurant when I accepted the order. I was unaware they close at 8 PM on Thursdays, so when I arrived at the restaurant’s at 8:05, I was unsure of what to do. I tried getting the staff’s attention by calling the shop and waiting outside, but one of the staff members walked right up to the door, and proceeded to ignore me as if I’m not even there. I knocked to get her attention and she looked at her manager and said “now he’s knocking.” I get it, you’re closed, but at the same time the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism present in that interaction was unacceptable. You still represent the company you work for and a level of respect and professionalism is required even though I’m a delivery driver and not a customer. I would leave zero stars if possible because of the disrespect. Again, I understand you’re closed at 8, but your staff members can at least talk to me like a grown adult rather than acting like a child. 0 stars.

This was my first time coming here and I can say I already absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is so nice and comforting. I ordered a Strawberry and Banana smoothie which came with whipped cream which I was very happy about. The smoothie itself was nice and smoothe and a great portion. I also had a lemon cookie which was the perfect amount of tart and sweet and the cookie was super soft. I also ordered the Ranchero omelet. It came with toasted bread, butter and grape jelly and a side of fruit which I did not expect but was very excited about. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will most definitely come back whenever I have the chance

Very very very very very very busy for lunch. But the Lines moved pretty quick.Great salad and good soup. Sandwiches looked good too. You get a little chocolate chip cookie with every meal which I thought was nice. While we're eating we were bothered by flying little insects. It's an order at the counter and find your own stuff type of place. But like I said the food brings people in.

I order a WHOLE pasta salad & when we got home & measured the amount that came in the container, it was ONLY 1CUP!!!! So how much do you get w/ the 1/2 pasta bowl .......1/2 cup???!!!! Rip off! DONT GO!!!!!

Was excited for my food and I accidentally dropped my whole dish on the floor. The staff had the mess cleaned up and the exact same dish made with 5 minutes, free of charge.

Well it wasn't that welcoming the guy in the bakery seemed bothered. I didn't try the food I went for the Bakery but nowhere online did they say that the bakery runs out of food. They only had cookies and old cake i went for the cinnamon rolls they were out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
