Paradise Bakery & Cafe Regency

Really enjoyed my coffee and mandarin orange muffin. This place opens at 8 am, which is kind of late for the 8-5 working crowd.

The floors in this restaurant are filthy dirty. It appears that they are not cleaned on a regular basis. Sort of nauseating when you’re trying to eat.

Walking into this place, there were zero customers waiting to order. 4 employees were standing around, not even making eye contact to let me order, as I stood at the cash register. All of the tables were dirty, there were no chairs pushed in, it was a wreck. I finally asked, “May I order?” After waiting 3 minutes at the register, a woman walked over, without a word. I began to say I would like a coffee- she then cut me off and pointed to the barista station. I walked over to the barista order line. My toddler and I ordered, and the woman was unable to understand what we wanted as she talked and laughed with other employees, asking them, “come make this for me!” She finally rang us up, and I gave her mine and my husband Derek’s credit card. After she handed me my receipt to sign, she took it back, looked at me and it’s a scowl and said, “You don’t look like a Derek…” “Got your ID on ya?” I simply stated it was my husbands and my credit card, and asked her if she’s always asking for ID after payment. She then laughed, said “my bad lady!” “I’m just being weird because you’re a girl and this card says Derek.” I gave no response, but my face had to have looked very taken a back by her attitude and judgment. I then took my daughter to sit at the closest table near by, with my husband, to wait on our coffee and drink order. The woman and her employees started laughing and being obnoxiously loud and didn’t begin our order. We looked at them in disbelief as they continued to talk, cursing and yelling at eachother, in front of my family as we sat the only customers in the place. I’m utterly confused how the employees were completely unethical, accommodating and lack of customer service. We will not be back to this location again.

I came 4:00 on a Thursday and the place was relatively empty. I got a latte and a chicken and artichoke panini. Coffee was perfect. It wasn't bitter, wasn't too weak. Sandwich was great too. I had never tried artichoke before, it went really well with the chicken

I used to work in the mall for 5 years and haven’t been back for 3 years until today. The service was nice, but wow the place is filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped for weeks. When you walk in from the mall entrance, the employee area by the restrooms had a pile of gross mops and cleaning equipment…it made me think of what does the kitchen look like. The table we were at was filthy, the floor, the windows, all very gross.

Had a BLT deluxe sandwitch combo. Fresh and Delicious!

Stood and waited for 30 minutes with other unhappy customers complaining how ridiculous this was. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever the workers are just incompetent, slow, and have terrible customer service. 0/10

Reminds me a lot of a penara or stl bread co

Went around 2:00 in the afternoon on a weekday. Fiance got coffee and cookies while I stood awkwardly in the food area, waiting to order. There was one gal working in the food area and maybe 4 people ordering food, so it was a little slow, but that's understandable given the time of day. She was friendly and my salad was, as always, delicious. (We typically get food delivered from Paradise, and it's consistently good.)

The staff here is SO wonderful and friendly. My husband and I are from Idaho and are thinking about moving to Omaha. The staff was so fun and welcoming towards us. The cookies are buttery and delicious. They have a good variety of options which include sandwiches, panini's, omelets etc. Really appreciated the hospitality here and won't forget it!

I guess now that someone else handles the deliveries, providing the customer what they wanted and ordered is no longer important. Since they didn't make the food right their response is just contact grub hub and ask for a refund, no sorry to hear that we will make it right with you. Just contact someone else because we didn't bring it to you. No accountability anymore.

Love this place. A group of us go there often. Food is always great! The waitress who waited on us was super woman!

Amazing customer service! I accidentally spilled my wrap onto the floor. They immediately replaced it - I didn’t even have to ask.
