Penn Station is the best! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they make the best Reuben sandwich I've ever had!

We tried Penn Station because they are a business who gives back through TAGG, and now they’re one of our favorite spots! It’s always clean and staff has always been friendly. We’ve tried the Philly’s, Pizza Sub and love the Turkey Provolone toasted of course. The fries are our absolute favorite! If that wasn’t enough, the lemonade and cookies are also fire! Check them out and don’t forget to get your receipt so you can TAGG it and feel good about eating out!

Really delicious, haven't been to one in years and it was kinda dead. Good food, clean restaurant, friendly staff.

Walked in at 8:15 (closes at 9) employee seemed annoyed that I was there and said that they were closed. A customer was leaving when I walked in, so they were obviously open. Another example of people not wanting to do their job to completion.

I had a pizza grilled sandwich and it was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture of it before eating every single crumb! They have lots of seating and generous easily accessible outlets for those looking for an alternative working place. I spent a few hours there waiting for my car to be serviced and both the food and atmosphere made it for a good afternoon!

The bread on their sandwiches are so soft and delicious! I like it better than Jimmy John's bread. Sometimes they skimp on the toppings, and other times they put a fair amount on. It usually takes them a few minutes to finish my order since they make the fries fresh in front of you. If it's during prime lunch hour, the wait is usually 15 minutes. Their online ordering sometimes isn't ready by the pickup time I've noticed. Overall, their service can be a bit slower than other fast food restaurants, but the quality is better.

I don’t wanna eat sandwiches every day and, when I do, I don’t wanna eat the same kind. I’m glad then that we have several decent sandwich options in our neck of the woods. PS ain’t the cheapest or fastest but they’re my quick dinner sandwich go-to. Plus, their fries are awesome and the people are always super friendly. I love this little place.

I mean, where do I start, Penn station for one is one of my favorite places to grab a Philly cheesesteak, that's obviously outside of the OG Philly. Every time I go here, everyone is extremely helpful, and pleasant. They run a clean establishment, and the food is very tasty. My recommendation is to go for a Philly cheesesteak with mayo, onions, mushrooms, and mayo. Also, don't forget the fries with a bit of vinegar.
I know that I can always come here for a delicious sandwich and the best customer service. We are big fans of this place.

This place was an absolute clown show tonight. As I awaited a delivery order that was completed 30+minutes later than the pickup time, I was astounded at the poor customer service I witnessed. The line of customers awaiting their food was about 12 deep and one gentleman told me he had been there waiting over 40mins. To make matters worse the staff seemed to have a nonchalant attitude about the whole thing. One guy in particular kept telling me and others “I don’t know what you want me to tell you@ while throwing his hands in the air. Never again. Lots of sandwich places, I’d suggest one with better service

It's probably the most expensive sandwich place I have ever been to. Spent $50 on 2 people for 2 sandwiches. I honestly probably wouldn't come back when I could get a sandwich way cheaper somewhere else. I could eat at Olive Garden for probably cheaper.

Wow. Asked for no mayo on my sandwich. I got it and it had mayo on it. Asked the guy working about it and he just threw me a bunch of attitude about it like it was my fault. Rude. There’s nothing special about the sandwiches here and the service is sub par. I won’t be eating here again.
One of my new favorite sandwiches! Everything is so fresh and bonus....REAL homemade potato fries!!
