Love the Philly steak and fries here. Being able to get it fireballed is the best! However this is one of those places where the cash register makes you feel obligated to tip.
My husband and I went to the Ralston location for an early dinner/late lunch. The staff greeted us and was very friendly the whole time with smiles while they worked and making conversation. We were extremely impressed with their hospitality. Of all the Pepper Jax locations we’ve been to, this one made us feel like guests in their establishment and not just someone coming for dinner. We thank you for a great experience!

Service can be a bit hectic but the food is good usually.
Employee running the cash register handled chicken strips with her bare hands and tossed into the fryer. I watched her do the same to fries that other customers ordered. I couldn’t imagine this being standard procedure. Very unsanitary and plenty of opportunity for cross contamination. Handling money and handling food without any gloves or washing hands violates health department standards to my knowledge. Wow owners, please review your safety and sanitation practices within your restaurants.

I love PepperJax! They are extremely accommodating for me as I am a super picky eater. They can use rice without cilantro, which is great, and the portion sizes are huge! It's made fresh exactly as you want it, yet you're not stuck waiting forever to get your food! Great value for the price! Plus the staff is super friendly and make it that much more appealing!

Absolutely exceptional customer service both the girl at the front counter and the gentleman adding toppings both offered me a drink in exchange for my extra five minutes I had to wait for my pick up order only because this location is so good and busy! Gestures like this do not go unnoticed. Especially when multiple members of the staff know the process. My steak rice bowl is absolutely fantastic. Just like it is every time I can’t help but eat here a couple times a week.

A great fast food place to get steak Philly sandwich and fries. They also have great chicken or steak rice bowls and burritos that are delicious. The staff have always been friendly whenever I have been there. Sandwiches run between $10 to $13 each which is reasonable price for that kind of sandwich.
The inside of the place was absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t a single clean table and the floors were so gross covered in muck my shoes were sticking to them. On top of the extremely dirty environment my rice bowl some how happened to be cold even though I watched them make it. I was so disgusted I lost my appetite.

No Greeting when I walked in. Not friendly at all. Both Grillers were not in a good mood. The cashier, I believe her name was Lila was very friendly. There was another young man that was very friendly and engaging. Food was great!
