This is our go to spot for pepperjax. Ever since we ate lunch there on 12/27/25 we haven’t stopping throwing up or pooping. Worse thing ever.

Ordered on line. Got home with the worst food from one of my favorite places for steak Philly sandwiches. The mushroom gravy was spoiled. It smelled horrible. I only had a small amount but got violently ill in the morning. The fries ,which are usually very good, looked like the end of the bag. The majority of the fries were small and burnt!

My husband and I stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches to go. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately the food was just okay. The Philly sandwiches at Mama's Pizza in La Vista taste better and are less expensive. The fries were over salted.

I came in to order food the other night and it was such an amazing group of people working they were fast and very respectful and the food was so good! I had a chance to talk with some of the workers and they were so nice and respectful, a guy named Josh started a great conversion while preparing my food he asked me how my day was and was multi tasking very well like putting my fries I ordered in the fryer while he was cooking my food. The young lady on the register I believe on my receipt her name was Jessica was also very nice and very very respectful overall the staff here are amazing and this location really knows who to hire this is top tier customer service! I’m not from Omaha but if I ever come back to Omaha this place will be seeing me again!

For a place that just serves cheese steaks you would think they would be better. Lacks flavor. The employee who rang me up was disgusting. He needs a course on hygiene and learning how to listen with his ears and not his mouth.

I went in to this Pepperjax for a quick dinner tonight during a rush. All of the employees were wonderful and working together to get all orders out! The dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing, they all were so helpful and friendly!

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The only thing I don’t like is the way they package the fries, it seems like there’s less fries for the money and the containers are flimsy. Other than that though everything was great!
