If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional and completely AMATEUR people working here with terrible customer service. I get it’s the holidays, but when your hours of operation are posted clearly, even for the holidays, you shouldn’t turn away any customers, I pulled up IN THE PARKING LOT. Called ahead to make sure they were open and everything, and when I did I was told they were open, great. So I pull up a few minutes later to promptly and QUICKLY order my food and get out of these people’s hair, because like them, I have BUSINESS I have to conduct as well. I pull up and the lady very rudely and promptly meets me as I’m walking in and says they’re closed and locks the door on me. I’m sorry, that’s what I called ahead for. Neither the food or the service are exceptional, and frankly, the food isn’t good enough for the service to be that terrible. I get people don’t want to work on the holidays, neither do I. But nonetheless, you have a job to do and should be doing it. Subway is litterally right across the PARKING LOT. Not to mention other food places close by, but pro tip, if you want the same type of food and better service, Qdoba and Chipotle is a measly 1.5 miles away, definitely worth the trip to avoid the terrible customer service and mediocre prices. Happy holidays!
Side note: 11-2 means you’re open, 11-2… you don’t turn people away at 1 pm!

I had a rice bowl with steak, beans, peppers, corn, sour cream, and salsa. It was wonderful! The service was quick and friendly. They cook the steak after you order it, so it’s fresh and delicious. I’m pretty picky with meat, and often can’t eat this type of steak because it’s usually chewy, but that wasn’t the case here at all. Highly recommend!

Since I don't have a vehicle, my daughter, and sometimes myself, will place orders through Door Dash. The last four times we have placed an order has been disappointing to say the least.
We have both found hair in our food (two separate incidents). The last time she ordered, the portion size was terrible. It looked like her bowl was made for a toddler.
Tonight, we decided to try yet again. I ordered a chicken nachos, my daughter ordered a steak rice bowl. Because of the prevoius size of her bowl, I called once I placed the order and explained what happened before. I asked the gentleman I spoke with if he could make sure the portion sizes were decent. I also asked if I could get a little extra ranch on my nachos. He was very understanding of the situation and said he would make sure the portions were good, and the extra ranch was added. Unfortunately, there was so much ranch, it was inedible. It was very upsetting after waiting 30-45 minutes for the delivery. Luckily, Door Dash will be sending me a refund. I personally will not order again, but I'm sure my daughter will.

Here it is 9pm on a Friday night and I have to use the bathroom when the person in the restaurant yells at me and doesn't have a public restroom, well... I guess I won't order from here especially when he takes pictures of me and insinuated that I am a prostitute... not very inviting or proper from a blonde overweight guy... seems WRONG.

Super great experience, had only been to the drive true PepperJax in Council Bluffs, IA before this. The workers were very nice. They weren't skimpy with sauces and add -on's . Didn't have to ask for extras that we needed, like forks and napkins. Crazy that something that Simple could be impressive, but compared to where I've been before 👀🤷🏽♀️ Overall great experience.

Kenan was one of the best workers I’ve seen in a while as someone who works in the food industry he made the experience incredible! I would love to have him work at my store!!!! The food tasted so good he evenly did the toppings, and he knew time management and was so nice! Pleasant experience overall. He was the only one working and you couldn’t tell because he had it down pat!
