First actual group of people in besides a dasher and we waited and waited and waited. Then the grill was cleaned very messily to the customer side. And our group was helped sorta. You need to know number of guests in group. I was left waiting. Cashier never asked here or to go and pretty sure wasn't really listening wrong size of drinks given mediums charged for larges. They definitely need better and more help and work on teamwork and communications with each other.

Ordered door dash from this location in July. Entire order was made wrong. I called the store and was told by the manager he would write my name down for 2 free steak bowls âthe next time you come in just tell themâ. Nothing about I had to come in by a certain day. We went in tonight and I told them my name and the situation. The boy called the manager and was told they cannot do that. Pretty crappy customer service, you mess up the order the first time and say youâre going to fix it and when I come in to get it fixed you tell me no.
So this is what happened when I walked out to my car because they don't know how to place bags properly and they don't know how to put their food in the bag properly, and I'll never come back to this restaurant again.

Horrible customer service , didnât change gloves when washing hands, or the grill wasnât even cleaned. Had to ask for fries twice, was only gave me one waiting for 3 mintues or longer after my Philly was done, paid for. Food dropping all over the condimentâs prep area.
