Ordered steak and shrimp nochos and the lady start talking about have to pay extra for beans like tf the i ask for shredded cheese and extra sour cream she tell me she can only give me so much. Well how much can you give me because yall coming up with your own rules is crazy and dont have no messerments or nothing just how much they fill like giving you is wrong

Honestly, every time I come here the staff are so rude. I’m in shock at how many positive reviews there are. The girl working at the counter rang my food up, and handed me my bad without looking to see that I had an entire meal and a side fry missing, said “have a good day” with a rude tone and rolled her eyes. Thankfully I was paying attention and didn’t walk away with it yet. Then he grabbed the kids meal I ordered and shoved it in my hand and said again “have a good day” with yet again and attitude, and still hadn’t even gotten my fries yet. Then several staff were seen wearing head phones or on their phones. The staff here are hardly ever pleasant to order from. I get scared to ask for the things I want because they seem like they’re so inconvenienced. Then she was going to charge me for a drink that was suppose to come with the kids meal… I had one girl months ago tell me she will give me a discount if I tipped her. Some attention to detail and attitude checks around this joint are needed.

Food always great service was excellent everyone had a smile on their face and positive energy.
Terrible staff working there. Went in for lunch. There was a line and the cooks were arguing with eachother. The gross part about it all is that the woman cooking touched her nose with gloves and kept cooking. She made an order wrong and threw the meat that was already cooked in the bowl back to the grill because it was a door dash order and not the client in front of her order. Gross. This place needs management ASAP. We left and did not ordered.
The Nicest Young lady waited on me, (Tom).She was very nice and polite. She made my order to perfection. We got a Steak Burrito and Steak Bowl and nachos. Everything was Outstanding. She said She was new on 72nd Street and Ames. She's definitely a keeper. Rest of crew also very friendly.

Communication to your customers is paramount when there's a delay of service...even more so during the lunch break! Seasoning the grill at a snails pace kills the ideal of fast food along with taking 10 minutes to complete it! Coming back during lunch is no longer an option. The staff wasn't apologetic in any manner for the extremely slow service, nor did they look like they wanted to provide a good experience, i.e.. being on their phones and holding conversations that weren't work related...focus on service and hold the pointless convo for later!!
