I walked in for lunch today and the first thing I noticed was employees on the line touching their face and hair with gloves on while simultaneously preparing orders and touching food right after without changing gloves. Then I looked and there was an employee sitting at a customer booth in the lobby prepping French fries. Of all the years I worked in the industry, I have never seen a restaurant prep food in their dining room. Isn’t that what the prep area is for in the kitchen? Not to mention is that the table might or might not be cleaned but in the dining room?! Cmon man. All of these issues just shows me a lack of care or cleanliness and put me off my appetite. I just left without ordering. Is this normal for you guys?

Great food and fun staff, I miss the nostalgic pictures.
I just ate here a few days ago. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and I’ve been here before no problems. I was eating my rice bowl, and not even 10 minutes in my stomach felt so off. I stopped and laid down, and woke up 30 mins later getting sick all through the night. Definitely got food poisoning and ended up having to go get IV’s and miss multiple days of work now. So please BEWARE!

This is the most ghetto, unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been it. The females including the manager are loud, talk about their customers and act like they’re ghetto! I could not wait to get out of there and away from them. They talk freely about anything and everything as if they are not serving customers.

The shrimp tasted as if it wasnt fresh a bit spoiled and they weren't peeled properly I bit into a shell. My kids even picked around the shrimp. for $16 i could of had a better meal at taco bell and my kids would of finished their meal. If I get sick I know where it is from.

It was unpleasant to feel the tension in the air as the manager snapped at the worker on the grill in front of me. As the cook was grilling steak the manager made a point to walk over, get his attention and aggressively correct his serving proportion of onion and bell pepper. I think that could've been handled better in private. I originally wanted to eat in, but decided to take my food to go.

As I was standing in line, there was a Cockroach running up the wall. It was around 4:15 in the afternoon. I will never return to this location. I am horrified by this filth. This was my gf favorite place. If there are roches running around in the middle of the day out front, I can only imagine what's behind the counter.
