What a weird experience. We've used this location for catering for a few years now but our most recent experience was bizarre. I called to request catering, I prefer to call vs. Ordering online to specify that id like the rolls halved. I called a few times throughout the day during nonpeak times but each time someone answered and hung up immediately. After several calls from various numbers, I finally get to speak to a person. I ask to speak to Austin who Usually handles our catering orders. Im told hes at another store and given a different number to reach him at. I call the number, unbeknownst to me its his personal phone number so we have a very awkward interaction where i apologize profusely for the confusion and where he says hell call me the next day and I agree. That was 4 days ago. No call back and I cant get through to the store phone again, ive tried. I had 1 job and it was to order our beloved pepperjax for our employees and seems pepperjax is actively working against me. At this point I give and am forced to order qdoba so thats a bummer

The food is not worth the price at this location. They put our nacho in a to go bowl and not an eat in one, even though we said for here. The bowls are small and the chips were separated. The best locations are the ones you can see your food being made. Like the Council Bluffs, or Papillion location. They forgot a couple of the items we wanted on our dishes. And our kid did not get his treat. We went on a Wednesday around 6 pm and we were the only customers here, so not busy and should have been better with our order. Will probably not be coming back to one of these locations where you cannot see your food being made. I have no idea why they changed it to this setup.

Girl at the window needs to be fired. Came through the drive thru last night and can hear her out through out the mic because she left it on. Talking crap about the customers. When I finally got to the window, hand her money and I told her she gave me the wrong change back kindly. She then slams the window and freaks out, talking Crap about me to her coworkers. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I guess kids now a days don’t know how to count back change. Not that hard and no need to freak out over it.

The rice is gritty, a little hard, chewy. It should be cooked a little longer. I don’t know something is off with it. It’s been a while since I’ve been back to this pepper jacks so I decided to try it again and the rice is the same. I know management changed a couple years ago. It’s weird. The service wasn’t that great before but the food was always on point and now it’s vice versa.

I think this Pepperjax should clean their grill more offten. The grill was so filthy, it look like it had not been clean since they open the doors that morning. Will never go to that Pepperjax again.

First time I have ever ordered through the drive through and probably the last. Ordered a chicken rice bowl with barely any rice. Asked for extra mushrooms and got none. They even ran out cheese! Come on, you’re Pepperjax!
