I had put in my order at the kiosk and it went through and gave me a number. First off the lady was very rude and didn't have half of everything. I put my order in before My friend did and she got hers before mine. Then I had to wait 15 minutes before they came and checked to see if I got mine. They were very rude and disrespectful. Never coming back again.

I love Pepperjax and this location is closest to my house. Unfortunately, every single time I’ve picked food up, it’s wrong. I’m not sure it’s made well enough to be a drive through

I ordered 2 Philly steak sandwiches. The meat was burned and extremely salty dry no mushrooms no onions no cheese just burnt meat slapped on a hotdog bun. It was extremely awful. Had to throw the food away.
I keep giving this location chance after chance. It's the only location near my house. So I keep going and keep hoping my food will come out correctly. It never has. My order is wrong every single time I visit. It's frustrating to spend nearly 20$ on an incorrect order. I will keep hoping it will get better at this location, And try to visit the others when I can.

Horrible place for pick up orders. I ordered thru the app Uber eats when I picked up my order I wait little bit until someone come to the counter, then give me my bag, I left and surprise, my order was a mess!!! Horrible fries that taste like the Walmart frozen ones. My Philly steak, was with no toppings at all that I selected, dry and bad.
And my cheese and the stuff that I ordered didn’t come with, or any ranch, nothing. Instead of that they decided give me instead a bag of chips??? I’m so mad with this place. Never going there again.

Excellent customer service from Kenneth & his team!!! Had small issue with my order last week(rice was undercooked) and called them. (no previous issues with location) Kenneth took full accountability for situation & explained they were having issues with rice machine. He reimbursed me for meal & replaced with no problem. The food was cooked to perfection & he even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Service like that is hard to find. Will definitely return to this location.
