Hot. 92 degrees is too hot for inside let alone behind a grill. I'm not sure what needs to be done but doesn't seem like a good situation all around. Service is unmatched and food is delicious. Only bad mark is the AC issues.

This place isn't the same without the old manager. The staff walks around like they are stoned out of their minds or have zero clue what they are supposed to be doing to be efficient. The pinto beans were cold mush that they still served to customers, the griddle was so freaking dirty that it had an inch of burnt build up on it. Instead of stopping to clean it, they kept using it. The kids behind the counter kept dropping things on the floor and grabbing them with their gloves and not changing the gloves out before proceeding to reach back into the toppings. The amount of dirty dishes and trash all over the serving counter was insane. When no customers were in line, the staff stood around talking to each other or checking their phones instead of cleaning, restocking and setting up for the next influx of customers.
This place is not worth visiting anymore.
And Mr or Mrs Manager, before you respond with a generic reply to reach out to you, it might be beneficial for you to address what your actual plans are for the people who are reading these. General replies don't give people the warm and fuzzies that you plan to address an issue that clearly exists due to new management.

Absolutely LOVE this location. Staff is always super welcoming and ready to take on even the most complicated orders, with out complaint, and smiles on deck!! The food is always cooked to perfection; and don’t let me forget to mention how good the Spicy Ranch is!!
I got my usual, a Philly Cheesesteak with jalapeños, and DONT FORGET THE FIREBALL(cooked in jalapeño juice), and one of the new menu items, Onion Rings!! The onion rings are really good, just your average frozen onion ring, but they are thick breading which I like!! The Philly was AMAZING, like always!!
Will forever recommend this location to all my friends and family!!
PS. The New GM even walks around from table to table to check on customers!! Seriously such a nice guy!!!

Gone downhill in the last month. Completely unorganized. How do you run out of au jus at 1:00 pm. Was our favorite place for lunch at one time.
This place was a 5 star fast food restaurant, great food, great service, just great all around. Not sure the reasoning on the firing of the old manager, Don, but I feel like that decision has made the place go down hill ever since. The new management team is laughable and the food is getting very overpriced. My bowl went from 12 dollars in 2023 to 20 dollars now.

I ordered a simple rice bowl with steak and cheese for takeout. I should have checked my order when i got it because when I got home it turned out to be chicken, while the receipt confirms i ordered steak. Very disappointed.

I am only giving an extra star because the people are always nice but dear lord I ordered a steak bowl and it was so salty that after one bite I’m 98% sure I hit my daily sodium for the next 3 years. It was like the cow had a deeply personal feud with the ocean and lost. I threw it away after the one bite because I felt like I was being punished for something I did in a past life.
I’ve given this location a few chances and it’s just so inconsistent. One bowl is great, next bowl is not even half full, next one has barely any rice, next one rice is mushy, next one…you’re eating steak that Poseidon grilled himself.
