You have to double check stuff and keep track of what you ordered. I sat there and said I wanted a bottle water and cheese fries. They didn't give me the bottle water and just gave me cheese but no fries. The manager was a headache and very rude when asking for those items.

Great phillies and good service. I usually get takeout from pepperjax, and the food is still great when I arrive at home. The staff is always super cool and just generally pretty nice.

The remodeling of 174th & Center location was a great improvement on seating and customer traffic flow . WTG "JAX"Keeping the order line moving / flowing needs better management of cook staff preparing / planning the hot & fresh fries and chicken strips. We ordered 6 sandwiches and 3 orders of fries and only 1 order of fries available with the sandwiches served.... Cashier said 2 more orders fresh fries being prepared and will be right out.....?and 10 minutes...
