Huge shout-out to the managers at PepperJax! The issue I thought I had with being charged too much was actually not an issue, but they helped me figure it out. They did forget the cheese sauce in my order, but ended up redoing our entire order for free another day! Zero complaints; food was fresh and all employees are more than pleasant to deal with!
My husband got out order to go the other night and my chicken was horrible.
Did you guys change to a different kind of chicken? I saw a couple other posts that other people stated the “new chicken” is gross.
PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OTHER CHICKEN YOU USED! Thanks!
Inside dining room all the table we could sit at were dirty and trash can over flowing. This is a time of keeping places clean and this experience was horrible! Not to mention an elderly gentleman fell flat on the floor, table and chairs went flying and the 3 staff people stood at the counter with no one in line, watching while myself and another family try to help the gentleman up. No one from the restaurant came to see what happened or if he was ok.
