Disappointed with the Taste of my pepper jack steak bowl. The change of meat is not good anymore and the staff picked up my food with their hands after scooping it with a spoon just to squeeze it and then putting it all around the top. Was kinda not wanting to complete my order. No taste in flavor on meat or rice. Never been so disappointed with a rice bowl

Once again…wrong toppings on one of my 2 Philly cheesesteaks I ordered. One WITH JALAPEÑO and One with NO JALAPEÑO. I’m not happy. I want 1 free cheesesteak. Not meals. Just the sandwich. I just want what I ordered.

Change in ownership is clearly trying new things that dont work. Get rid of the self order machine as it doesn't work and just confuses customers. Go back to what made this place unique

Went to 120th and Blondo. I was telling people how good the chicken philly was. We ordered 2 to go. Got home and they were beef. The roll was good, otherwise one of the driest and tasteless phillys I have ever had. Will have to stand at the counter and watch, if we ever go back. Gave stars strictly for the bread.

We love PepperJax and this location is our go to. Staff was friendly. However the new ordering system is the worst. The orders get so backed up this way that the staff can not keep up with them. Then the grill was not working. There was 8 of us waiting for our food for too long at a quick service restaurant. Counter production. Cooperate needs to help them make this better.

So Pepperjax what happen to your service? I know it has been awhile since eating here because of price but since when did you change? I like watching you cook my food and going down the line to tell you how I like my food made. Now, I have to order and pay first and really get no say on how I want my food..the ppl put my ranch under my lettuce 😒. Please go back to the way you were or lower your prices.
