We love PepperJax and this location is our go to. Staff was friendly. However the new ordering system is the worst. The orders get so backed up this way that the staff can not keep up with them. Then the grill was not working. There was 8 of us waiting for our food for too long at a quick service restaurant. Counter production. Cooperate needs to help them make this better.

So Pepperjax what happen to your service? I know it has been awhile since eating here because of price but since when did you change? I like watching you cook my food and going down the line to tell you how I like my food made. Now, I have to order and pay first and really get no say on how I want my food..the ppl put my ranch under my lettuce 😒. Please go back to the way you were or lower your prices.
Went there a few weeks ago there was a mishap with one of my ordered items but the manager took care of it very perfessional and the food oh my goodness is so good I just love this place
New design is terrible. Makes the process considerably slower somehow. Sit down restaurant type wait due to the design change.

I want to give you five stars, but I don't like this change in how your order and your food is made. Your greatest asset at this location is your team. The interaction with them made an experience. That's has been replaced with an uncomfortable silent wait. If I wanted that, I would go to McDonald's.
