Love pepperjax! Ingredients are good. Just be sure to check your order before driving too far away. They have left off my sauces twice now, which for me is what brings all the Ingredients together so without I won't eat it.

Every single worker there should be fired. Ive put in about 5-6 orders in which they have forgot the extra cheddar sauce, and no Au Jus sauce EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. On top of that no one can seem to pick up the phone to help customers when calling. I used to work In food so I try not to make a big deal of things like this but it happens EVERY time and no one can or will help you.

The food was as good as the service. The employees were very pleasant and the food is always great. They've added onion rings and cheese curds to the menu. The only issue is maybe getting in and out of the parking area. I'll be going back!

Can someone telle why eating at pepper jacks costs more than almost any other fast food place? Over the last year my meal has gone up over 4$. Sorry but at those prices I'm out. Over $18 for a loaded fry and med drink. Used to be able to get dubble meat and large drink for less.
This location is new so I should look good and it does. My order was to say. They try my food was put on was sticky all over not sure why they are using to wash them but shouldn't be leaving trays sticky.
I asked for light seasoning and watched the regular amount be put on. I get a loaded fry and my frys where also over seasoned to the point it was hard to enjoy them. This seams to happen everytime time at this location.
This place has changed so much over the years, the grill was so dirty it makes your Philly taste terrible.
