Good Food. Found an extremely long piece of hair around one of my shrimp in my bowl. It was enough hair to hold up the shrimp and are very disgusted. Good food tho.

Philly was dry. Fries had so much seasoning and salt on them that it caked to the top of the container. I have had fries from Pepperjax before and they are normally salty but this location makes them so salty they are not edible. This is the first time I ever took the time to write a review so you know I am not easily offended.

I went in last Tuesday morning, there were 3 girls on the front line and they were all very kind and welcoming. They really made my first time experience wonderful, can’t wait to come in again!

Horrible location and attitude from the staff. Walked into teenage employees complaining about the amount of orders they have and how much work they have to do while making my order. Unclear who is actually in charge as no one seemed to be managing or delegating work. It was so hard to watch we almost walked out in the middle of them making our order.. and we were the only customers in the place at the time. They are clearly undertrained or too overwhelmed to do instore, pickup, and drive thru orders at the same time. Make line was disgusting and my steak bowl was made on the same surface directly after shrimp without cleaning the surface and while using the same utensils. Several employees disappearing and reappearing for whatever reason. This location is not worth the money or time. The only location that is consistent and provides excellent service is the location on 171st and Center. Save yourself the dissatisfaction and go somewhere else.

Not that it’s important, but if you ever go there, ask for the chick named Jax. She know what she’s doin?

No one could tell us any nutritional facts. There were nothing but sloppy teenagers, and the manager that appeared to be doing everything herself. I hope she learns how to delegate properly, or she'll have a rough career.
very excited there is now a pepperjax near my house because i love it! its a great place to stop at after work. the workers are always super friendly and welcoming. even during their rush hour which i know gets stressful. each time ive been in they make me rice bowl perfectly. i appreciate all of the workers here they all deserve props. one worker in particular, im not sure of her name but she has redish brunette hair i believe, goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and that their business is appreciated.

Great place to stop by for a quick lunch. Today I was disappointed because instead of dropping new fries when I ordered through the drive through they used fries that were sitting in the fry area not fresh. I can tell they’re not fresh due to the amount of time it takes to get my apartment is 4 minutes. When I bit into the first fry I thought it was just a fluke so I tried a couple more. Cold, flimsy, and little seasoning.I enjoyed my steak bowl but I didn’t feel like paying for those fries was worth the $ at all. Please fry fresh fries for drive through orders too and not just in the store

I went to Pepper Jax Grill in Omaha on 144 St. Next to I-80 tonight. I will never go to this one or another Pepper Jax again.The service was horrible. One of the two “cooks” was rude and aggressively so. I didn’t realize that you had to choose every ingredient yourself. I didn’t see a list of ingredients listed anywhere I could see. I didn’t get all the ingredients I requested. I said I didn’t want anything spicy. Both bowls were very spicy. I ended spending about $30. We ended throwing the bowls away. They were that bad.
