Gave them a second chance just like it seems everyone else has. Took 20 minutes just to get my food on a Sunday night at 8pm and no one else was there. We paid for extra meat on one order, and it didn’t seem like anything “extra” was added. The rice bowl didn’t have any of the veggies on it. For $40 and two meals, with no leftovers. I won’t be going back again.

The staff was amazing they where slammed because of a storm the cook was happy and apologized for the wait when he didn't need to just great hardworking people!

I was super excited to have a PepperJax pretty close to me. However in the almost year that this location has been open, I have been there twice, and have regretted it both times. Both times that I have been there, it wasn't really busy (a couple of people in front of me in the store, and a couple of cars in the drive-thru), but it was still painfully slow. It took over 30 minutes to get my food and be out the door each time. During the times I was in the store I saw 2 really hardworking staff members that were really getting after it. I really did appreciate their hard work, but I also felt really bad for them. I felt bad because the other 2 workers I saw, both looked and acted like it was their first time being employed, as it seemed like they had zero care for any customer service or hurry in their work, and would often wander around aimlessly if they weren't actively doing something or being told to do something. Because of that, it made those 2 hardworking staff members have to pick up their slack, which caused a tremendous slow down for the customers. As a result of that, my food was pretty subpar. Both times the food I received was partially burnt, was missing a lot of the main ingredients (steak and veggies for my philly), and the bun was poorly cut. I write this in hopes that they are able to make changes in order to better this location and to prevent it from going under. I hope they get the help that they need to meet the expectations that I and the community have for the other PepperJax locations around that are fantastic and do a great job. For now I will continue to go out of my way and drive further to the other locations that I know will be consistently great.

I love Pepper Jacks, but this location has really disappointed me. 1st time went through the drive through. Ordered a steak Philly meal and kids corn dog meal. Get back to my work and noticed I got chicken strips instead. I called to let them know, because my receipt said corn dogs and was thinking they messed up and mixed the order up with someone else’s. They Said next time I come In I will have a credit. They took my name and phone #. Went back today. Mentioned the credit, no record. Asked for a manager. (Couldn’t locate)hmmm. Paid for my whole order regardless. We ordered a kid’s junior Philly, steak and cheese only with a starry and kids corn dog meal again. Checked my bag. Saw it was the corn dog meal and was happy. As we drive away, my son opened his meal and noticed it was a rice bowl with just meat. Had to go back and get his Philly. I also had to remind the person that we ordered a starry and did not receive that. Not sure what is going on there, but will not be back to this location.

They will put hair in your food even if you don’t ask for any. Has happened twice now. Do not recommend unless you enjoy eating hair.

The food prep area was so dirty! The acrylic screen in front of the grill was filthy and had piles of black junk in front of it. Service was slow and unfriendly. Horrible experience. We won’t be back.

Whoa. Tell those kids to lay off the weed vapes when at work. They all seemed blazed up except for one guy who seemed to be the manager and the only one who knew what he was doing. The employees need to be trained again. No one was stating at their stations, just wondering around. It took 4 different people to make one burrito an took 15 minutes start to finish afyer standing there for 20 minutes before ordering. Everyone kept walking away and the food was cold. The employees were all nice, but they might want to start drug testing. Ive been a few times and always the same situation. Everyone just wondering around not knowing what to do. It's a pretty simple assembly line setup amd would actually be efficient of they would just give what they're doing a little thought. I will not be giving this place another chance. Don't waste your time, go some where else.

It's never been quite the same sense they first sold it. Went through their drive thru just one time, brutal slow, never again. I still go from time to time. I like their Philly, but I'm am still hoping for the good old days.

I went through the drive through to pickup my online order. There was one car in front of me and it was raining. After waiting about 5mins an employee came out to hand me my order. What service!!

The manager David Kuhner was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for extra cilantro. Even though they have previously given me extra cilantro 100 other visits he refused and started yelling at me telling me if I don't like it to call the corporate office. This is not professional Behavior I will never come here again.
