It's never been quite the same sense they first sold it. Went through their drive thru just one time, brutal slow, never again. I still go from time to time. I like their Philly, but I'm am still hoping for the good old days.

I went through the drive through to pickup my online order. There was one car in front of me and it was raining. After waiting about 5mins an employee came out to hand me my order. What service!!

Stopped into this location tonight to pick up some dinner for my family. They were slammed. After our bowls were ready for toppings, the assistant manager, Karen, took over and apologized for the wait and was so kind in her delivery and attitude despite the place being very busy. She rang me up and overlooked adding the kids half off meal on Wednesdays. She felt horrible. She ended up giving us over the discounted amount in store credit to make up for it.
