I ordered a senior classic breakfast, and the pancakes were very dark on both sides and, tasted to cheap vegetable reheated oil. The bacon so thin and dark and the scrambled egg was crispy!. The waitress did not brought the maple syrup with the food and it took her around 5-7min to come to the table with the ketchup only and then 3 more minutes to bring the syrup. By when the syrup arrived the pancakes were cold. We end up not eating most of it. Me and my husband are seniors and this breakfast was for my 6 year old grandson...The kids are not welcome in this restaurant their menu is poor and limited in variety and amount for them.

I have watched Perkins really go downhill. I used to love it. When you go in, there is rarely anyone in the front and you will likely wait at least 30 minutes for service or to be seated.
I bought a pumpkin pie for the holidays and the frozen one from Marie Calendar's was better.
When I have ordered food for takeout, they always forget something.
I just bought some cinnamon rolls and a muffin; they were hard as if they were days old and tasted disgusting. I ended up throwing them away.

Food was fine, but we placed an order for pick up and one of the sides from my meal was completely missing. The gravy for my mashed potatoes was also missing. I normally wouldn't write a review over that, but this is not the first time that our to-go orders have been missing items. It will probably be our last time ordering from you guys.

I truly enjoy eating my breakfast at this Perkins, the food is delicious and the desserts are even better. However, what I enjoy the most, is the exceptional service. I’ve been lucky to have Monica as a server. I make my trips for breakfast about 2-3 times a week as a special treat for myself. Monica brings my beverage as soon as I sit down, she takes my order to make sure I get exactly what I want my breakfast to look like, and I always receive my meal hot. She also makes sure to get me done and out to my destination as soon as possible.
