A little acknowledgement goes a long way and that was a little lacking today. The location seems to be dealing with a staffing issue but the waitress was great overall which partially made up for it. The food was good too. Hopefully next time is better.

Was a bad night for the staff at Perkins. Food took 45 minutes. It was good but the charge was wrong and we didn't catch it until after we paid. Then they wouldn’t refund the overcharge, and now I am waiting for a gift certificate. We can't recommend it even though the wait staff was very nice.

The server was great, thanks Alec. He had to repeatedly apologize for the delays in the kitchen. It was
not that busy but I waited 30 minutes for my meal. It seemed he was overloaded and covered too many tables. Probably 12-15 tables and he and another server were running, never saw the hostess or mgr.
