We had previously eaten at a PF Changs in Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience with exceptional food. So, when we were going to be visiting Omaha and found out the restaurant was there, my daughter and I were excited. We ordered, egg rolls that came with a mouth-scalding (with no warning) sauce and Crab Rangoon. My daughter said the crab Rangoon was very good. The egg rolls were hard and tough to eat. Our main meal was chicken lo mein. We were to get rice with it also, but just realized we didnt recieve that. Also, had to ask for silverware and soy sauce. It was extremely bland. No flavor at all. Best way to describe is it tasted very watered down. The service was good. We were the only 2 there at the time, so I would have expected that. The meal was no where close in comparison to the meal in Vegas which kind of surprised me as I would think you would all follow the same recipes. I definitely know we won't be returning to the omaha restaurant. Vegas absolutely. Very disappointing evening

Imagine the world's worst Chinese restaurant. Now imagine that place but it's PFChang's. That's it. It's PF Chang's. The worst Chinese restaurant ever. It's like they get all their food from the lowest bidder. Even the fortune cookie was bland (for a fortune cookie) and was missing its fortune. This restaurant has to be a troll. I don't understand how these places are still in business. Who is eating here and seriously thinks this is good. Gotta be NPC's

We left work and decided to eat here, obviously we weren't dressed very well. When we arrived the 3 girls who were hosting me asked me if I had a reservation, if I didn't have one they couldn't serve us, I understood even though there were empty tables and I had NEVER had to make a reservation to eat at this restaurant but we decided to leave, being in the parking lot I tried to make a reservation through the website and the available reservation was in the next 10 minutes, so I reserved and we simply went back, when I showed the reservation to the girls they put on a serious face and had no choice but to serve us. What they would have avoided if they had simply allowed us to sit down from the beginning. Aside from that, the food was cold when it arrived at the table.
Came for lunch and some lettuce wraps, left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Got the lettuce wraps as they dont typically disappoint but some of the lettuce came out old and wilted. On to the entrees. I got the Korean fried chicken, wife had the General Tso chicken and daughter had the Salmon dish. Honestly my Korean fried chicken had the crunch and texture I was seeking out but the flavor of the dredge was lacking. It just tasted kind of bland. The bevy of spices helped to keep me eating it though and finish the dish. The General TSOs was so-so. The sauce flavor was ok but there was little to no crunch biting into the dish which is what makes GK the generals chicken usually such a good experience. The salmon dish was the best and most complete dish. No shortcomings on this one. Just was kinda overall disappointed that 3 out of the 4 dishes we had missed the mark. Maybe we’ll try again but probably not for a while.

My food didn't come out right but the bartender was so nice and so on point! She also made me a smoked old fashion that was so on point! Made up for the cook messing up on my entree. ? food was still good though.
