Good vegetarian pho is tough to find – the broth is often watery or flavorless, but man, this was great and rich! Best vegetarian pho I've had 🙏

My friend and I stopped here. Had the spicy beef soup and added extra meatball meat. It was very delicious and tasty. You get cans of soda here, but overall I had a pleasant time and enjoyed myself here. Would definitely come back and try more things on the menu.

There was only one lady working hard in the whole restaurant. The restaurant was quiet, no music, no people. The food was average and the environment of the restaurant was not good. Will not try again.

I always get the crispy tofu whenever I order pho or other dishes from and the food is always good. I've always ordered pick up so can't talk about their service in the restaurant but the guy has always been nice and polite when taking my order or when I go there to pick it up.

I don't know why this place has a 4.1 rating. I'm not recommended. Meatball is like a dishwashing sponge used 1000 times.🤮
Every one table is not served. For all tables around, only one was with brown n spicy sauces. Overpriced.

By far this restaurant Pho Viet, has better pho than ipho#1, the broth is so much more flavorful, compared to ipho#1 more bland broth. One thing is I'll say, is that if you care about the atmosphere, then this is not the place for you. Half of the seating area looks like a storage room and they could easily hide all of this with a floor to ceiling curtain but its all exposed to see. The man serving the restaurant watches TV with loud volume and with a high volume watching a video on his phone. They don't serve you water here, you have to serve yourself water from a cooler with a Styrofoam cup. If you care about the flavor food and can tune out the atmosphere, you'll be immersed in the flavors.

Edit 2024: return 7 yrs later and the food are still good. Tried the combination dry noodle dish this time and the grilled meat was very flavorful, highly recommend.
We came in right at opening hour so we were the only customers. It's a small restaurant run by husband, wife, and 2 infants. We ordered the springrolls, pho, and spicey beef broth. From these dishes, I have to say that it's the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Omaha. Compare to other restaurants, the pho and spicey beef broth here holds true to their flavors and does not require additional seasoning. For those who has tried pho in Lincoln, this is pretty darn close. The prices are slightly high for the quantity, but I wouldn't say expensive. Our final bill was under $25.
Pho Viet doubles as a daycare center.
While enjoying a bowl of great pho, the owner’s family younger son decided to come up to me, cough in my face and then tell me how I’m apparently funny.
On a serious note, the food is good, bordering on great, but the service and atmosphere is so poor that I can’t rate this establishment anything more than one star.
Bringing your young children to work to have them bother your customers doesn’t work for most customers. Basically I enjoyed kids yelling and grand parents making “beep beep beep” noises for the hour I was at this establishment.
The cleanliness of the establishment needs to be improved on. Basically the only clean seat is the Grand Parent’s fold up lounge chair.
Floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in years with a layer of caked on dirt.
Kid-friendliness: Basically a Vietnamese Chuck E. Cheese’s where instead of a mouse it’s an old man yelling at kids in Vietnamese.

The service was amazing!! Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with the food or the atmosphere. The tables were not clean and also the woman’s restroom was disgusting.. the pho broth tasted like cinnamon water so I was really disappointed..

This is a hidden gem!!! I had the rare pho and the broth was hot so it cooked perfectly! The atmosphere is amazing and the owner is super nice. I’m so happy we found this place just in time for winter?
