We had a catering order for a memorial service and the food was still warm when guest started eating. Pasencia and Drew made it an easy experience and stress free. Multiple people hadn’t had picklemans before but I believe their experience made them customers!

The half size salad is sufficient, I promise. The full size is a GIANT salad. Everything was fresh, crisp, and tasted very good. They didn't listen when I told them 3x "no parm" on the pizza, said "that's what I was told to do" then the employee, maybe manager or shift supervisor said "I didn't read the ticket" lol, really? They made a fresh one for my coworker which kind of made the sandwiches for everyone else a little soggy, but otherwise everything was good. They gave us cookies for the parm fiasco, but 3 cookies for 6 orders who had to wait for them to correct their error. Anyway, we'll still be back because we do like the food. Just wish they would "read the ticket" so there's no issue...

We placed an online order at 11:30 that had a pickup time of 11:50 am. We arrived at 11:50 am and were told they were still working on our order. We finally received our order at 12:40, after asking four different employees about our order, and our order was not made correctly. During this time, they continued accepting online and in person orders that were prioritized over ours.

SHOUT OUT to Andrew “the salad maker” for making THE BEST Avo-Cobb salads for my sister and I today!!!!
Andrew was super friendly, talked to us as he made our salads and he had the best attitude ever!!!
Also, a huge SHOUT OUT to Jack for welcoming us as we walked in the door AND to Cameron as our cashier…these guys were super nice and very welcoming!!!
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a healthy salad that is FRESH!!! Great team here!!!

They made our pizza and garlic bread super fast. The food was hot and delicious. The cookies were nice and soft in the middle. Great food at a reasonable price.

Stopped in today, Thursday, to order about $200 of sandwiches for the Spring football game in Lincoln this Saturday. I asked if i could pick up around 8:30-9:00 Saturday morning and was told they don't open until 10:00am and maybe could do 9:45am. I told him that wouldn't work and he really didn't seem to care. I got food last year for an early game and they opened up for me. Oh well, back to Jersey Mikes...they open early for bigger orders on game days!
