I came to this location late after work the staff was super friendly and eager to help. This was my husband’s and I first time at any picklemanns and will definitely be back for good food and quality service.

I happened to be in the area and had some time to kill to grab lunch. Staff appeared to be having an amazing time with each other unfortunately to the detriment of the customer experience. The individual taking orders at no time acknowledged me when I approached the counter instead just stood there staring at me and talking to his coworkers. I did not see a single customer acknowledged upon entrance. When I approached the counter and asked if he was ready for me, he acted annoyed that I was even there. I gave him my order and he didnt ask if I wanted anything else, a half or whole, just the bread type and simply walked away from me to do something else. The rest of the staff interactions were friendly enough. Food was decent. Music was entirely too loud and appeared to be turned up even louder at one point (I had to put my second earbud in which still didnt drown it out.) I couldnt imagine trying to have a conversation if someone had been with me. I love picklemans overall and will continue patronizing other locations but this one is a no go for me. It did appear that the gentleman that took my order was a manager which makes it all the more disappointing.

This is my go to sandwich shop! Best sandwiches with the lowest prices around. Also want to give a shout out to Kayden as he has gone above and beyond in exceeding expectations on more than one occasion. Would highly recommend!

I love pickleman's. This is my first time going to this location. I did not order because I couldn't even hear myself think. The music was playing at way to loud of a level and I was planning on dining in, and there's no way I could have handled eating comfortably with such a loud distraction. Only writing a review so maybe management sees and fixes this for anyone else who might leave for the same reason. I'm not even picky about things like this, but the sound was literally blaring

I really enjoyed Pickleman’s Gourmet Café. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Pro tip: grab a bag of chips on the side—so good!

This was the first time I've tried picklemans and most definitely the last. 12$ for a sandwich I was not impressed hardly any meat and very dry which considering the Chipotle ranch burned my mouth so bad I could hardly eat it idk why it was dry. Not a fan

My husband ordered a salad. I ordered a big bowl of broccoli cheese soup, it was so thick it was more like a gravy than a soup. It was also so hot it nearly burned my mouth. My husband wanted tea and they were out and did not make any more. Also they're playing ridiculous music over the loudspeaker that was too loud and inappropriate for a food setting environment. We ate at a different location a few days ago ordering tomato soup and a half a sandwich with a pleasant experience. I am very unhappy with this one.
