Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

This was my partner and I's first visit to any location from this chain. We were referred by someone who stopped by their place of employment.

First impressions were very welcoming. The interior was very clean and organized and we were greeted by the staff upon entering.

With it being our first visit we needed a little time to decide on our choices, and we were not rushed. Details about our considerations were explained, and samples of some of the ingredients were offered. The food itself was fresh and made to order, and it did not disappoint.

Our choices were the chicken salad sandwich and the Italian beef. Chicken salad had a good amount of craisins, and wasn't swimming in mayo. The balance of ingredients was perfect. As for the Italian beef, the giardiniera peppers offered a nice bite of spice, but not overwhelming to erase the flavor of the rest of the sandwich.

We were definitely impressed with the quality of the food, and won't hesitate to return.

I have never been here before and I have allergies to certain ingredients. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile. I was able to ask questions and got the answers I needed to make the best choice for me. The manager even came behind the line to make his personal recommendation. All in all they were very patient and kind to me. I will 100% return here.

Very disappointed with you guys. I usually come here often. My fiancé went in to get my sandwich I always get and you guys failed to put lettuce or tomato on my sandwich, every sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato. He also said you guys took forever and it was very poor service. Not impressed at all.

Club was great. Pepperoni pizza was awesome. Salad was ok. Service was good but after being served, the 2 staff members chatted more than being productive. Especially since my wife and I were the only ones in there. We had to hunt to find a clean table which didn’t exist. So we had to take the least dirty table. It looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in days. Terribly dirty. Food and garbage in the floor. Sticky, gross. We will be back to Pickelman’s, just not this location.

I had my food delivered. Unfortunately they got my order wrong, I called and they credited the whole meal. She was so wonderful about it. Tried their Mac and cheese, the best I have ever had out!!

Bad experience owing to poor customer service, high prices, and dirty location.

Several of the staff members were in the back and not paying attention to customers. The seating areas were dirty with stuff all over the floor. Men's room was out of paper towels. Staff were barely friendly. The worst part is paying a premium price for a small sandwich. There is absolutely nothing generous about this chain.

Picklemans is a great spot for lunch. I love the grilled cheese and tomato soup!!

Our sandwiches are always good. Love the cookies. Also, employees are always friendly especially Annie and Sean. They are always pleasant and friendly and they are always busy and working hard. They make our dining experience pleasant and we feel appreciated as customers. They are the best!

I have been to several locations and the location on a 120th and L is by far the BEST! Everytime I go in, Annie greets with a smile. She is always working and very personable. Sean is always smiling, willing to jump in wherever he is needed. We hosted a fundraiser there and Annie and Sean busted there butts to make everything go well.

Nice people never too busy so it's an in and out type place. The food is good and not too expensive. I like that they have options for the people to chose from while staying healthy. We enjoy there food even after a work out.
