Minus the truffle fries - everything we ordered was incredibly bland. Shrimp Risotto was SO dry and poorly seasoned. The brussels sprouts had zero flavor, minus the pistachios covering the bowl. Mushroom pizza was soggy and plain, the mushrooms had no seasoning.

Food was great! Service was amazing! Michelle was a wonderful manager that visited our table!

Pitch seems to be consistently overrated. I'm not old, but it was too dark and too loud with lots of large parties. Our server was friendly, but was double sat with us and a large party and never was able to catch up. A portion of my order was wrong, drinks were overpriced, and the food was so so. Idk why I keep giving this place more tries.

I had a great experience here, with the kind workers and a delicious meal. It happened to be my birthday, and the restaurant went above and beyond with giving me a birthday tiramisu, honestly the best i've had.

Arrived on time for lunch reservation and was told we'd have to be seated upstairs. One diner has mobility issues and struggled to get up the stairs to the table. Learned later that an elevator was available. Service was fine, food OK (new higher price menu), but environment somewhat noisy - scrubbing the floor behind the bar was distractingly loud and unappetizing - more like something that should be done after close when there are no patrons nearby? Reservation form noted occasion: birthday. No acknowledgment of that.

Hostess was not very friendly and seemed upset with the fact he had to seat us. Ordered beef stroganoff & it was awful, didn’t even give me beef but nasty fatty pork with gigantic nasty mushrooms. We had to ask for silver ware three times. Overall our waitress checked on us multiple times and even let my mom know she would get a free dessert for her birthday. The other appetizers were soooo good at least, just seems this location isn’t as good as it used to be.

Don’t order off the lunch menu, portions are tiny, paid 15 for two little chicken tenders and they charged me $1.25 for a tiny ranch, not worth the money, went in knowing it was a nicer place but the food didn’t back it up, would be one thing if the food was great, wouldn’t even call it good

We have been in for dinner before but today was our first time visiting for Sunday brunch and it did not disappoint. All of our food was excellent with big portions, no one left hungry! I had the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and he loved it. Both of my kids ordered the French toast. Highly recommend! Bonus is that they take reservations, which was perfect for our large party that included extended family.

Chicken sandwich was inedible. Thin chewy flavorless fried piece of meat. Went for birthday dinner and everything else was fine.

My husband and I stopped in for a late dinner after a long day of travel. We were staying at a hotel down the road and this was a convenient location. Service was a bit slow at first but improved and we enjoyed our drinks and our artichoke dip appetizer. My husband ordered the Cobb salad and I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. My husband’s salad came out 10 minutes before mine and he really enjoyed it.
. When my buffalo chicken salad finally arrived I was unable to eat it. The lettuce was swimming in water and the chicken was so spicy that it was inedible. I tried several bites but my mouth was burning so much that I had to give up. When the server returned I told her I couldn’t eat the salad and she stated that she would speak to the manager about taking it off of our bill. When she returned it was still on the bill and we reminded her that we would like it removed. About 5 minutes later the manager came to our table with a menu and an extremely aggressive attitude and stated that they would not remove it and that there was no “take backs” and that they would not refund the cost because it stated that somewhere on the menu. (The extreme spice was never mentioned to us when I ordered). Her attitude was so insulting and argumentative. She kept repeating that we needed to “learn how to read a menu”. Bottom line I have never been treated like that by someone who is a restaurant manager and supposedly concerned with her guest’s dining experience. Mind you, our bill was well over $100 and we were asking for something I couldn’t eat to be credited off of our bill and I left the restaurant still hungry. She did eventually credit our bill for the inedible salad but she kept hanging around our table and berating us. Horrible customer service !

Stayed at a hotel near Pitch so it was an easy stop for dinner. The place looked super cool from the outside so we had pretty high expectations. Seems like a popular 'happy hour' spot. We were able to enjoy the patio while also watching a NFL game. For the two of us, we ordered an appetizer, a whole pizza, and three drinks. That was a good amount of food for the two of us. We ended up taking 1/3 of the pizza to go. Bill was over $100.

I am torn, I liked the place, but didn't "love" it. Here's why....

1) Order the crab cake appetizer - portion size was very hardy and presentation was great. The Asian inspired slaw served with it was amazing, but the crab cake was...blah. Probably my least favorite crab cake I've ever had (and I order it a lot). There was a peanut texture that just caught me off guard. I like spice, but this might be a bit too spicy for some. Overall, can't recommend a crab cake that is outshined by the slaw served with it.

2) $30 for a pizza! I was willing to pay $30, obviously, but was expecting it to completely blow me away. It was good...but not $30 good.

3) Inconsistant cocktail. I ordered a mule and it was mostly ice with a nice taste - couldn't taste the alcohol. I ordered a second (same) cocktail and it was the opposite. Little ice and overwhelming alcohol taste. I wish I could have mixed the two together. The bartenders need to get on the same page, I guess.

Overall, it was a good spot close to where we were staying. I would probably check out another place the next time I was in Omaha.
