“A good small place to order food if you prefer to avoid big locations. Not the greatest smelling place, but the staff are always friendly, working efficiently, and the food is always hot and delicious. Recommend anyone to this location compared to the other Pizza Hut stores. These guys never disappoint in making the most enjoyable hot wings.“
“I ordered through the mobile app for pick up. I should have gone through the drive through window but instead went inside. The worker helped me carry my fairly large order to my car. They offered plates, napkins and all the other extras. All the food was hot and delicious. My family kept saying how much it hit the spot. Food and service was great.“
“Got the double wings and double fries. The fellas working the late night shift were awesome. We changed the sauce at the window and they were great about it and have us extra dip cups and the wings and fries were piping hot. They were sooooo much better than anything I've gotten from bdubs dang near ever, but forsure within the past year. I just heard a comment dogging Pizza hut a few days before so I wanted to get some wings from them cause I used to love them and the price felt good. 16 wings, double fries, double dip cups $17.54 after tax. And the service was outstanding. Round of applause for those gentlemen. Feels like it's raise time 😁“
“Terrible food and terrible management. This place is actually disgusting and ran so poorly it’s no wonder the reviews are terrible. Management can’t even onboard new employees properly and then when faced with issues they decide to silent fire you and the ghost. I can’t believe I wasted my time at this trash establishment. Do not eat here or apply here to work. I have never dealt with such incompetence!“
“I ordered some wings a 12 pc hot buffalo there was only 6 pieces and sweet chili flavor, and the other order was supposed to be 6pc traditional sweet chili but it was breaded buffalo flavor and to this add that I had to wait 40 minutes after the time they gave me

“We came in towards the end of the dinner mad house. We actually ran an errand before we came in because the lot was full. When we came back there was one person waiting. Our order was taken but a very friendly gentleman. He cracked a joke or two and everything was great.“
“I have ordered a lunch delivery from this location recently a few times. Their delivery driver Tyson (sorry if spelled wrong) is absolutely wonderful. He is super friendly and always smiling. I did feel a bit bad as our ranch seems to be forgotten and he makes the run back to grab it. We tried to give him an additional tip for the extra work and he refuses. He cares about his customers and their service they get and it shows!!! Thank You Tyson“
“This is going to be my go-to Pizza Hut location from now on. I was going to the one on South 24th St but the workers there have terrible customer service. The workers at Underwood location greet you when you walk in, service was prompt, establishment was small but clean and they were so kind to leave my wings in the fryer a lil longer to have them on the crispier side. This location is only 8 mins from me so it’s not bad drive time at all. I got the spicy garlic 20pc lil wings (only available on Wednesdays I believe). They’re soooooo good. I’m obsessed! I have something to look forward to every Wednesday now. I especially love these wings because they’re small. I don’t like big or jumbo wings so these lil wings are perfect. Shout out to Dominos on Underwood Ave. Yall are the best, keep shining“

To be honest Pizza Hut quality has gone down in the past decade so I was beyond impressed with my order today. “Pizza Hut on Pacific St. in midtown Omaha is a pick-up/delivery location. They don't seem to get much walk-in business, but they accommodated us, and we were soon on our way with a tasty pizza. After a busy day as tourists in the city, we were happy to relax at the hotel and enjoy a good pizza.“
