I just got 2 personal pan pizzas and there was no sauce on either of them. I was disappointed. I'll just make sure to ask for it next time.😒

This is going to be my go-to Pizza Hut location from now on. I was going to the one on South 24th St but the workers there have terrible customer service. The workers at Underwood location greet you when you walk in, service was prompt, establishment was small but clean and they were so kind to leave my wings in the fryer a lil longer to have them on the crispier side. This location is only 8 mins from me so it’s not bad drive time at all. I got the spicy garlic 20pc lil wings (only available on Wednesdays I believe). They’re soooooo good. I’m obsessed! I have something to look forward to every Wednesday now. I especially love these wings because they’re small. I don’t like big or jumbo wings so these lil wings are perfect. Shout out to Dominos on Underwood Ave. Yall are the best, keep shining

I'm in my 60's and I have never had a pizza that was as horrible as the one I order 2 nights ago. Cold hard as a rock the wings were cold just a overall bad experience that I won't do again

This Pizza Hut location has stolen from me two different times at this point. On 07/03/2025 I placed an order and did not receive the correct order. Today 9/07/2025. I placed an order at 9 PM for pick up at 9:45 and when I arrived on time to pick up the order, the store was closed - Lights off and door locked. Nobody bothered to reach out to me. Mind you, this is within the stores posted hours as well. I have contacted them at least six documented times now and have been told someone will reach out. Neither anyone from the store nor corporate has EVER reached out to me. I can never speak to anyone who can actually remedy anything. Given that nothing has been resolved on the first order for over three months, I doubt I will ever see a penny back for the Second order that I didn’t receive.

They partner with doordash for delivery and you end up paying more instead of just using doordash. The delivery time is not accurate by hours since they have to wait for the doordasher. Just use doordash the food would've been good if it was hot.

I ordered pizza to be delivered to my work from the 50th and Underwood Ave location. I had several people wanting on the food I promised. Tracking my order I received the message that it was being prepared. Then nothing!!! 20 minutes, ok they might be busy, 30 minutes, where's our pizza..
After several useless calls to an order call center and being transferred to the store several times with no answer, I finally drove to the store to find out it had closed early ??!!???!!! I filled out a complaint form online and they said someone from that store would call me (yeah right) within 3 business days. It's been 4 days and no call. I want an explanation and an apology. This is so unacceptable. I have no words for how angry I was/am.

Paid for ORIGINAL PAN and was given thin crust pizza twice. I know this is the norm here in Nebraska, but not everyone is into pizza as thin as one’s lips.

Today, my husband arrived to pick up our carry out order. The pizzas were done and sitting out but when the cashier asked the manager about the double order of breadsticks the manager responded in a very hostile manner to the employee they were out of breadsticks (before noon) and to “throw together some pizza dough and cheese or something) My husband was then told we would have to wait another 10-15 minutes while our pizzas were out and getting cold. He was also charged full price for what would be cold pizza and a random thrown together cheese bread instead of a breadsticks. We refused the order and left with nothing and we’re not given a refund. Will be contacting the bank for chargeback and corporate.

I place an order at 9:30pm they don’t close until 10pm who ever answered the phone kept on hanging up I had not one but two dashers there way before 10pm the lady who worked on 7/8/25 at NIGHT need to find another job you are not suppose to STOP taking orders until 10 so this means the store is being closed early she even tried to be funny by keep saying hold on before I could even get the word out AND I NEVER GOT MY FOOD PLEASE TELL HER FIND ANOTHER JOB IF SHE LIKES GETTING OUT OF WORK EARLY IM HIGHLY PISSED my second dasher was waiting and left because SHE SAID THEY ARE CLOSED

I ordered 16 piece of boneless wings that was correct and then 2 orders of cinnamon buns got one order called and told them and they said they will fix it and send a Driver to bring it nothing then called the second time and they said the same thing and I got nothing disappointment and have my receipt and told the driver and showed her my receipt when she brought it I was missing a item
