GOT Bread sticks???? FRANKENSTEIN STICKS thin crust dough did not TASTE RIGHT. We received a refund but after waiting over 1 hour for our original order. Unacceptable. Please send out a delicious 🍕 or no pizza at all. 100% You can't speed up the process of cooking an 11 minute pizza in 8 minutes.!!!!! r.i.p. PIZZA HUT 💀 ☠️ p.s. dusty @$$ pizza. I preordered a pizza that arrived an hour late pizza was under mild warm temperature and then difficulty compensating the failure. I'm a veteran resident at a VA treatment hospital in Omaha Nebraska. I was in disbelief because I only ate two slices and didn't have enough time to finish my pizza due to the va treatment rules, like I said they were an hour late and left me no time to eat!!! My order was a ("large stuffed crust meat lovers, jalapenos and black olives")and I'm not being compensated that same order or better. Also I want to inform whom ever this matters to: the pizza hut store I ordered from had a guy posing as a manager and misdirecting me. The Manager on the floor that floor was aware of the action twice and refused to give me his name plus hiding his actions with no sense of remorse nor apologized for the misconduct also the appDidn't show where my order was. My order arrived and it still said order(pending)"being prepared not being delivered.

I made the mistake of ordering from this location. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank after paying but never getting my order. They do not care. Always out of many items, and delivery is most definitely not what it used to be. Half the time the app and site do not work when trying to order from this store, so I end up ordering from Dominos. They have really gone downhill and every indication is that there is no real intention of staying open.
Vegetarian options: Not worth it. Waste of time.

Avoid. Use a different a Pizza Hut. Maybe even use Domi No Nos instead.

I called to see why my order was taking so long and I got told the location I'm calling about is closed which obviously was not true. She was rude and thought it was funny. I ordered 2 mountain dews and got nothing. Do not order here. Garbage. Also my order was over a hour late

The worst pizza in the world it was not done and i think i got food poison from it will be taking pizza hut to coart unless they take care of this asap
Ordered through the website during business hours. Waited until my order was an hour late to call the store. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I got no response. Called the call center, they transferred me to the store, another 30 minutes no response. Called back to the call center, was told they would send a message to the store, never heard back. At the point of writing this review, my order is over 3 hours late, and I have had 0 communication from the store and have not been able to contact them. I am assuming at this point it will get cancelled despite still saying its "in progress". At this point I am being told there is nothing anyone can do until I manage to contact the store. I've already had issues with this store taking longer than usual, but continued to use it because its one of the few pizza places nearby. Will not be returning at this point. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I visited this location during what seemed to be a health inspection of some kind. I heard the employee being told about some complaints they he received while I was waiting to pick up my pizza. The complaints included moldy basement carpet, roach infestation , dirty pizza pans and dishes with mold, foul smelling dishwasher sink area, and refilling sauce buckets without washing them first. I had to cancel my order.
