The employees at this location are unclean. There was a woman there who was sitting in the customer area along with a man and child. I placed my order and went back out to wait for it in my car. After about 15 minutes I went back inside the lobby to get my order and that woman handed it to me. I got inside my car and after a few minutes that woman..her child and the man she was with came out of Pizza Hut with a dog!! I never saw a dog in the ordering area when I first came. The dog was large and on a leash. I wondered where this dog had been. Had he been in the kitchen where the food was being cooked? Or where? This was the same woman who was sitting in the ordering area and the same woman who handed me my order! Isn't having animals around food against health regulations?? I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! P.S...THESE PEOPLE WERE AFRICAN AMERICANS..and so am I but I'm never going back there anymore!! Location: 50th and Underwood...Omaha NE.

Nah i ordered a large pizza, 30 dollars after tip. waited 2 hours. It never came so i spent an hour on hold and then they closed. Called the next morning to get my refund and after an hour they refunded me the price of the pizza before tax? 16 dollars. What about the delivery fees, the tip for the driver that never delivered my pizza? Very disappointed in the way all of this was handled. Booo zero stars.

Second disappointing order in a row. Got a gift code for the first disappointing order that wouldn't work for this order. Food arrived lukewarm. I think I'll just go pick up pizza from a different location.

Idk the lady name but I’m sure she was the manager or something cause she was the first and only one there and they had just open but terrible customer service she had a nasty attitude and didn’t really even wanna serve me and all I ordered was some sauce. My thing is if you don’t like your job if you wake up everyday knowing you have to go to a job you HATE just quit or get a new job I will never visit this Pizza Hut ever again she needs to be fired she’s rude as hell how are you mad and I didn’t even order food I woulda been so happy the first customer of the day only wants sauce and not food get rid of her and get some people that actually loves working in the fast food industry.

Could not get my gift card to work so attempted to call the store. Tried four times and got no response. Went to the store and finally got my order placed. Got home and discovered I had not received the sauce and icing that was supposed to accompany the food. While ther the phone rang three times and no one answered it.

Yes we had a terrible time trying to order a delivery. Would not recommend as the right hand has nothing to do with left so in other words?, it was useless

I selected contactless delivery mainly because I am sick and have a sore throat, but the driver did rang my doorbell and stood there while I answered the door, then he handed me the food.I don't know if this is normal, but my house is 1.6 miles away from the store and it took 20 minutes to deliver after they said it was out for delivery.

Incomplete order, shift lead was extremely rude and unprofessional.called the store 4 times before we got a answer. Still haven't received my completed order two and half hours later. Went into the store shift lead and another employee sitting in their phones in the front. What food we did receive had huge chunks of onion and was cold. Very disappointing experience. We wont be back.

Ordered a pizza, hour and a half later never delivered. Never awnsered phone and corporate didn't awnser. So i guess chargeback and starve? I'll pass on pizza hut next time

Didn't deliver my drink and basically just dropped the phone and walked off when I asked for a refund. Said they wouldn't bother sending someone out to bring it.
