Got the double wings and double fries. The fellas working the late night shift were awesome. We changed the sauce at the window and they were great about it and have us extra dip cups and the wings and fries were piping hot. They were sooooo much better than anything I've gotten from bdubs dang near ever, but forsure within the past year. I just heard a comment dogging Pizza hut a few days before so I wanted to get some wings from them cause I used to love them and the price felt good. 16 wings, double fries, double dip cups $17.54 after tax. And the service was outstanding. Round of applause for those gentlemen. Feels like it's raise time 😁

It took 2 hours to get my food last night !! I ordered off the app waited til the time came around to get my food , I callee and it sure seemed like no one wanted to pick uo the phone ! Finally got ahold of someone , I was told 30 mins I would get my food NOPE! Didn’t get it for another hour! So my food was cold , and didn’t even get everything I asked for!! As I even repeated it back yo the guy to me he sure he got my sauces included, he said yes . But didn’t get them

Third time in the last couple months going here and third time it’s been disappointing. This last time they messed up my order and gave me the wrong item, the cheese on the pizza is still tasting cheap and terrible. Every time I get to this location and it only seems to be one individual working in there and bless their heart. I don’t think they’re doing a good job. I do not want to ever go to this location again and he might have to just give Pizza Hut a break for a while

GM was very rude when incorrect Pizza was made. The corrected pizza was cut very sloppy with intent, and then the manager made the remark that it was never wrong to begin with. I do not eat pork and she tried to tell me that the sausage was beef. Smh.

Gave me a pizza that looked like they tried to cut it with a spoon and then balled it up and threw it into the box with their hands. Would not refund me even though it was inedibly undercooked (hello, raw dough!). Don’t order from here, folks.

I ordered a supreme pizza and asked to have olive added to half of it. The order was placed at 6:50 and I was quoted 50 minutes for delivery. Fine. It was a Friday night. I get it. After 8:00, I start to think it's been a while. I called the main line and they told me that the status was out for delivery. I called again at 8:10, because I still hadn't received my order. I'm transferred to the store and find out that it left the store at 7:40. The pizza arrived shortly after that. 5 of the 8 slices were only olive. The other 3 were supreme. This is ridiculous. I got the wrong pizza AND it was delivered late. I'm never ordering from this place again. This is the second time in a row where I've received the wrong order and it was delivered late.

Received the wrong delivery order and it was cold. Tried chatting customer service through the website which was a very unhelpful AI. Tried calling the store number directly and was sent to a call center that then said they needed to transfer me to the store. On hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. Does anyone even work there?

Update 2 weeks later: After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, they finally agreed to give us $20 credit. But its only valid if we call in, not online. Decided to give them another shot and that was a terrible idea. Bounced around between the call center and the store with an employee complaining that the person who offered us the $20 was fired and they couldn't help us because we had to order online. FINALLY get around to placing an order. After the delivery was 30 minutes late from the time they quoted, the pizza was yet again COLD and WRONG. Absolutely inexcusable. You've lost my business and I will be sharing my terrible experience with others.

Everytime I order they don't have delivery driver and depend on door dash... or are out of somthing or this or that every single time I call this place... every time. You need a new manager and to ditch the door dash because this is absolutely horrible business.

We ordered a pizza combo at 8:33pm just above an hour and a half before they closed. It never showed up and was cancelled without us being notified. We’ve ordered from this location before and they had gone out of their way to help us. However, this order was an extremely far cry from that. No notification, no call, and no pizza. We don’t even know if we are going to get our money back. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. We will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. The pictures below show no notification and no warning.

I placed an order through the app at 8. The store’s closing time on the website says 10. My order was confirmed, and I received an email and text. When the time came for my order to be delivered, nothing. I waited 20 minutes before calling to see what was going on. My order was cancelled by the store with no notice. I wasted an hour waiting for them. They could’ve called or emailed stating the order had been cancelled. It’s also frustrating that you call and a call center answers you, and then they transfer you to a store that doesn’t answer the phone.

I understand it’s a Sunday, maybe they didn’t have the staff but I would’ve appreciated notice that my order was cancelled. This location has really gone downhill.
