I hate leaving bad reviews, but there are too many other pizza places in town to have to deal with this type of service. Pizza Hut needs to get it together.

I had an order on 9/7 that was delivered by DoorDash. The young lady took 40 minutes to get to us and it was not in a hot bag. We were unable to eat anything because it was a rock. I understand things happen, but I have tried to reach out multiple times, multiple different ways and cannot get a response from management.

I called the night it happened and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I totally understand being busy! I tried to call the next day and was told from their answering service that it would be best to email from the website. I have done that and no one will answer me back. I just keep getting an automated email stating how sorry they are and are looking into it. That’s it. All automated, not a real human.

I just wanted our order remade and I would have picked it up. We wasted $30 on food we couldn’t eat. But not responding is just crazy to me. It’s now 11/25 and not a word.

We ordered a pepperoni lovers and some cheese-sticks via the app for pick up. We arrived to pick it up and they had not made our food-no biggie as we were cool to wait. The guy told us to give him 10 mins-that should have been our queue to just cancel it-sigh. We ended up with a gummy super undercooked pizza and cheese-sticks which runs you $30 these days. We got home and tried calling the store to see if they could advise a recommended time to cook in the air fryer and it just routes to some outsourced call center who just hangs up on you and/or places you on hold forever. Oh well, lesson learned. Do not recommend at all.

My order was wrong, when I called to talk to someone about it the employee kept cutting me off and not letting me finish a single sentence. My kids refused to eat the pizza because it was wrong and I never got a chance to tell him about the undercooked bread sticks because I was put on hold, mid sentence, without notice. While on hold I was hung up on. Most families these days can't afford to waste $55 worth of food...

Now that they use DoorDash, food takes long time and is cold. My delivery driver thought it was appropriate to pick up my order, then go to Casey’s and wait for another order and then deliver that one before delivering mine. 27 minutes between picking up mine and delivering it 2 miles away.

Our grandkids wanted to participate in the Pizza Hut Book It program but the app kept freezing. I kept track of the books and they honored it.

Oh man. This pizza made my mood do a 180. The amount of toppings made me go from hangry, crabby & moody to back to having the will to exist. Thank you, Pizza Hut, from the bottom of my heart.

Just got a stuffed crust pizza with extra mushrooms and cheese. From 144th and F in omaha ne, And it's like they put half the amount they usually would, like eating a piece of thin cardboard. No good and I always love this pizza.

Xavier deserves a raise. He gave the most greatest customer service that I’ve experienced from Pizza Hut in a very long time. My father is in a nursing home, not too far away from this location so I’ve been here plenty of times, but Xavier really stood out to me because he took the time to listen to a very special message and I can’t wait for him to see his businesses take off. Ordered several pizzas the night before for a work function. I confirmed order, cost, time of pick up, and location with a human being the night prior on that phone call. Arrived promptly at pick-up time the next day at correct location to find the doors locked with nobody inside. Called the phone number back and a recording said they were closed on Mondays - this was despite the hours posted on their door stating that they were open (as well as the hours located on this Google page saying they were open). The number of things that must have gone wrong for this nonsense to occur and for me to have to scramble to get 6 pizzas elsewhere in 30 minutes is astounding. Either this place is managed by a houseplant that has had human clothes draped over it and only answers "yes" or "no" questions by having an assistant shake a Magic 8 ball for it, or the person placing phone orders and the person he had to confirm the orders with by turning away from the phone several times and asking hushed questions is confused by topics as complex as business hours and the ability to sell or make food without employees being present. In either case, if you're hungry and near 144th and F, I'd encourage you to scavenge for fruits and nuts around the creek before I'd encourage you to even think about consuming a pizza this place offers. Avoid this place at all costs - if this is what they do with advanced notice, if you walked in unexpectedly and ordered a pizza they'd likely vapor lock and hand you a shoe full of old pepperonis.**EDIT - The owner replied below and I e-mailed them back to see what was up. After waiting a couple days, they explained that the "new" employee (oddly enough, they were the ones that used the quotation marks...not me) didn't realize they weren't open the next day when they took my order, confirmed it with a manager, and verified pick-up the next day. They also mentioned in their reply that the store was closed for "staffing issues," so I have no idea whether this is a normal occurrence (as the hours on the door stated they should have been open) or just a sporadic thing. Regardless, I was offered the options of receiving my original order at no charge or to have some coupons mailed out. I declined both, as I didn't want to try and coordinate what hours staff might be present with when my next work conference is that would necessitate half a dozen complementary pizzas.

They were severely understaffed for a Friday night and it took quite awhile for me to be able to pick up our pizza upon entering the store because they were so busy. I felt bad for the guy at the counter because of all the people who kept coming in after we did. We were third in line upon walking into the store, but 9 more people walked in after us while we were still standing in line.

My pizza was great! My family and myself devoured those pizzas! I do not like that there's an "estimated drop off time" but no way to see where my order is at. I'd give 5 stars because I really do love the food, but no way to track my order really sucks. It took 20-30 minutes longer than the "estimated" time. And when I called to find out where it was, I couldn't talk to a person.
