Over the past year there has been new management and the quality of service has declined. When there are delays with the order the blame is shifted onto the customers. When I turn in feedback requests regarding mistakes with the order, there is no follow up with me. Recently, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready the order had not even been started yet. I was told to come back later. Nearly 40 minutes later, my order was ready for me. The Book It! rewards are nice, and my kids like the reward, but the overall decline in quality of service makes it not worth it to order from there.

As far as Pizza Huts go, this one gives you what you're looking for at a Pizza Hut.
They forgot an item and when we tried to call we were continuously hung up on. Suffice it to say, not the greatest service.
