Over the past year there has been new management and the quality of service has declined. When there are delays with the order the blame is shifted onto the customers. When I turn in feedback requests regarding mistakes with the order, there is no follow up with me. Recently, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready the order had not even been started yet. I was told to come back later. Nearly 40 minutes later, my order was ready for me. The Book It! rewards are nice, and my kids like the reward, but the overall decline in quality of service makes it not worth it to order from there.

The 156th & Maple location is the best in Omaha. My pizza is always perfect. They don't skimp on sauce or cheese, it's fully baked, and is timely. Also, the customer service I receive at this location is top notch.

the old lady that was working the front was incredibly rude. she was not only wearing sunglasses inside, but she wiped her nose and continued into the kitchen. i tried to order pasta, and they had no breadsticks. so i tried to leave, and she screamed at me because she couldn’t hear me. insane. will not be coming back to this location ever again.
