Store is open, people are inside, it's 530pm on a Friday, butttttttt you can't order pizza for carry out or delivery from this location. They are "closed".This location should be removed from Google Maps.Parking: None. This location is permanently closed.

The store often closes early and often delivers late. The last straw was our wings order that had an estimated delivery time of 1 hour 30 min. When we called to cancel, the store vm said they were closed. We got dinner elsewhere. Meanwhile, someone showed up with our wings over 2 hours after we ordered them. We have been trying to call to get a refund (our plan all along) but the store is either closed or noone answers

Tonight we ordered pizza and I forgot to add marinara sauce through the app. I called into the store and they had the delivery driver who had just left come back to grab it. The pizza was loaded with toppings and was still warm when delivered which came within 40 minutes of ordering. Thank you so much to those working there tonight!

5 days later and I had to call them a Third time to get refunded for food they failed to deliver. Run from this garbage establishment!

Not tonight. We are usually happy with the Pizza Hut on 178th and Pierce, but tonight it was the worst pizza we have ever had. Ordered thin and crispy. It was soggy and oily. So much sauce and cheese we couldn't even taste our toppings. Very disappointed. Will be awhile before we order from them again.

Get it together!! 2 hours behind, ignoring phone calls, screwing up on the order and not fixing it. Will the manager is an a** hole. Refused to speak to me on the phone to fix the problem and made the teenager take care of it. Piss poor management

They did not out in ranch sauce.with the chicken wings and did not give us marinara sauce with the bread sticks. If that isn't bad enough there was a blonde hair baked in to the crust!!!!! Never again will we go to this location. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I placed my order at 12:30PM in the afternoon via the Pizza Hut app. When I went to pick up my order at 6:00PM, I was told that they were busy and hadn't had time to make my order and that it would take them another hour to complete.
Ordered pizza at 530. Said it would be ready by 6pm pickup. Showed up at 6 was told to wait. 35 mins later order is ready. No sorry no explanation no discount. I'm done with this place and you should be too.

If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. We ordered pizza around 5:30 and it was to be delivered at 6:25. I started calling them around 6:40 and was on hold on and off for about a total of 40 minutes. My husband then drove to the store and stood there for about five minutes and neither of the two workers even acknowledged him. They clearly saw him and didn't even tell him hello or it would be a few minutes. He ended up leaving and we called the corporate office.

Called multiple times in a 15 minute period. No one answered so decided to order through online app. Went to pick up order and phone was ringing when I got there and the employees were fighting over who should answer the phone. Needless to say no one picked up. This was 30 minutes later. Took them 10 minutes to figure out how to ring me out. Had to tell them I had multiple items on the order. Owner/manager needs to fire and rehire competent staff.

I order pizza from this location at least once a month. Although I sometimes get pizza that is inconsistent, most times they are done right. I always order delivery and they have never been late and the pizza is hot. They delivery person is always very nice, they don't even mind the dog sniffing for treats from them
