I ordered some wings a 12 pc hot buffalo there was only 6 pieces and sweet chili flavor, and the other order was supposed to be 6pc traditional sweet chili but it was breaded buffalo flavor and to this add that I had to wait 40 minutes after the time they gave me when I ordered

I placed my order online it was supposed to be ready by 705 but I didn't get my order until 7:45 they kept telling me it was in the oven and the next one coming out. However I know that wasn't true because two orders went out the door with delivery drivers within 15 minutes of me being told that. Yet I was still waiting for another 25 minutes. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. When I finally got home with my food half of it was piping hot and the other half was called..
Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and 2 dipping sauces on 8/21/2025. They forgot my sauces, and the breadsticks were laughably bad. I don't even know what to say. Take a look for yourself.
Find a different pizza place.

Have given this location multiple tries and every time they forget something and the workers make a big fuss to complete the order when we request the items we paid for. This last time my dad called requesting they bring us the missing items since we shouldn’t have to waste more gas and time getting something they messed up on that we paid for and the manager rudely hung up after saying “I don’t know what to tell you”. Horrible workers with horrible attitudes. I recommend any other location than this one.

I was visiting from out of town and I ordered two personal pan pizzas for pick up. The order was incorrect, but didn’t notice until I got to the residence where I was staying. I called to ask if they would remake my pizza and requested delivery service since it was their error. Delivery was less than three miles but they refused. They suggested a credit (I live four hours away) and I told them that wasn’t an option, or I was told I could go and pick up. Again, not my mistake, why should I go and pick up?! Very disappointing customer service. The manager had no desire to make it right for me as a customer.

So bummed!! The pepperoni is different. It tastes similar to bologna. The nostalgia of the original pepperoni is now gone. Never will be back, as that’s been our family’s go to for over 35 years!! Not to mention our bread sticks have no Parmesan or seasonings on it. I had high hopes for the quality of the new improved location.

From order to delivery it took over an hour to get my pizza, from the rudest, most unprofessional door dash driver I have ever met. The pizza box was half open and the pizza almost fell out when she shoved it at me. Apparently my house lights weren't bright enough for her cause she stopped at the wrong house first. The pizza was great, but I strongly suggest you use your own drivers or someone besides door dash. They cast a bad light on you. Great pizza but the delivery left a bad taste in my mouth.
