There is a cashier, her name was Alejandra, i think... I had a bad experience with her, she was very rude, her attitude made me want to go eat somewhere else, if she doesn't like her job she should quit.... It wasn't cooked enough.??

If I could’ve given this rating 0 stars I would. I paid for curbside and waited for over 20 mins outside for them to bring my order. They never brought it out. I had to go inside and get it, and when I went inside the guy was just sitting on his phone. I paid tipped for that service which was a poor choice. On top of that they didn’t make my pizza correctly by forgetting my jalapeños, peppers and sausage on my pizza. I had also paid extra for. Waste of money and time. Will not be returning at all !!

Very rude lady. I placed my order at 9:17pm to be ready by 9:35pm. Showed up at 9:50pm and there was supposedly no order. Didn't look, didn't try to help, even though I had the confirmation email and everything. Would not recommend this location!! The one Q st have much friendlier and helpful staff.

They never delivered my food call and the people talk to me like I was a dog and the hangup in my face . I will never order from this place.
If your delivery drivers don't know how to close a gate maybe they shouldn't be delivering. If my dogs would have gotten out before I noticed I would sue.
Horrible experience, this place has gone DOWNHILL. Pizza was so dry and cold when we got it. It seemed like they just reheated an old pizza and gave it to us. Won’t be buying here anymore use to be my go to for pizza but never again.

the pizza was definitely old pizza that didn’t sell, and that they reused. the wings weren’t even coated in sauce, overall the worst pizza i’ve had in a while.
Very disappointed... I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni and pineapple and my cheese from the crust was out of the crust and there was barely any cheese so it looked like it's been sitting for a while and there was maybe 10 pineapples and I also ordered cinnamon sticks and they were hard... Also I never got informed when my pizza was delivered so who knows how long it was sitting by my door...

Sad to say this place has gone nowhere but downhill. Recently put in an order & showed up to the doors locked & no one to be found. Knocked for a while till finally someone comes to tell me they're system is down & they're closed. My order was already made & the person told me I could pay in cash. Went to the ATM right by Canes & came back again to the doors locked. Another person comes to tell me the same thing the 1st person did but this time I had the cash. (The original person had left in that span of 5 minutes & did not let anyone know about my situation) Needless to say there's no order or respect in this location. No one there wants to do their job & it shows all over.

I love love their new Meat Lovers Melts. They are listed under Deals on their app. It took me a while to find the melts on the menu. I think they should switch them from deals to the regular menu.
