According to one customer, the restaurant provided excellent customer service, with the staff making the pizzas for free and wishing the customer's wife a happy Mother's Day. The pizzas were described as hot, fresh, and delicious.
However, another customer had a different experience. They ordered 5 medium pan pizzas and 1 thin crust, but only received 4 pizzas. The customer was informed that the restaurant ran out of medium crust for two of the pizzas, so they were changed to large, which resulted in the customer being charged more. The customer was eventually refunded, but the pizzas that were delivered were only lukewarm upon arrival.
Despite the mixed experiences, one customer, who considers themselves a "pizza snob," expressed enjoyment in their 12-inch Supreme pizza with pan crust and marinara sauce, describing it as a treat they only get to experience once every six months.
