Always get something wrong. If I order delivery they always forget something so I order to get it myself they always change something. If I get delivery the driver tells me to call the store when they tell me they sent everything and I'm trying to get more food.

I never get the shit I ask for I asked for ranch, parm cheese, pepper flakes and I get none every time I ordered today I ordered again and made sure to tell the girl taking my order 3 times to pls not forget and she told me she was going to make sure of it and guess what they forgot I called back and a different girl answered ig and I tell her I didn’t get it and she said I have to pay a delivery fee if I want my packets of parm cheese pepper flakes and ranches girl bye

My order was a half hour late when I called to cancel. Was told it was already out for delivery could not cancel. 20 minutes later I get a notification that the driver picking up my order be here at 8:28. The at 8:35 it shows up one pizza wrong both cold, and none of the sauces I paid for. I asked the driver how long she had the pizza. She said 5/10 minutes. So they lied about it being out. Then it was cold and wrong. So I refused it. Wish there were 0 star options.

All I ordered was breadsticks via DoorDash and it took over an HOUR to get my food. 🙄 Never recommend this location. Unbelievable

I placed an order for a pizza with a live person for pick up. I was told 15 to 25 minutes. We arrived 23 minutes after placing the order. They could not find our pizza when we arrive. They made the pizza after we had already paid for it. We waited 25 minutes and left with a pizza. No apology was offered. No coupon for the inconvenience was offered. We got all the way home and found out the pizza we ordered was NOT the pizza they made for us! When I called to complain to the manager, they offered to make the correct pizza for us but we had to go back and pick it up. We got the new pizza all the way home again to find out that they made it wrong again! I will NEVER go there again and I recommend that no one else ever goes there either!!!!

I don't know why I ever bother with this location. I have never once had an order go right. And forget about actually contacting the store to fix the issue. You can't actually reach them. 4 calls and an hour of my life on hold. When you order it eventually bounces you to a call center to place the order, but they transfer you back when there is an issue and you just sit on call forever. They have to deliver though DD bc they can't hire or keep drivers, and when it has been their driver my food has been lost for 50min before showing up. They literally forgot to send part of my order and I still haven't reached anyone regarding it. I reached above their head to Pizza hut corporate bc I need a refund now, when all I wanted was my order corrected.

I worked here and they have had rodents in the store and they dont tell their employees when they are let go instead they dont schedule them shifts and let them figure it out
Worst ever !!! No manager I ordered on Feb 24,2025 @6:10 said it will be done @6:40 It is 7:15 pm and yet I have not received my pizza A phone call or even an email would have been nice to know !!!! Nothing they are rude staff ever I won’t ever order from this location and I definitely have called corporate!!!!!!!!

This was 1st time ordering and my last I ordered at 5:40 for carry out. It said estimate of 14 minutes for it to be ready. I decided to head their right away since I don't live right around the corner. I pulled up at 5:58 and checked the tracking. It said my order was ready. I walked in and let the lady behind the corner who didn't know my name and that was there to pickup my order, as i had just walked in. She immediately said "It still has 5 more minutes". Slightly confused, I sat down and waited. The young lady immediately got on her phone. 7 minutes later, I got up and asked her if it was ready. She said she would check and went to the back. She came back and said it would be another 2 minutes. 4 minutes later, a guy came out from the back, walked up to the warmer that was right BEHIND the young lady, opened it and pulled my order out! And he told her, the order was right there! I paid and left but then realized the sauces were missing so I had to go back. The young lady was absolutely rude and awful. I get home and opened the food, the 8 garlic parmesan boneless wings were more like 4 with 4 crumbs. Not worth my money or my time to ever go back again.
