BEWARE- THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!! This place owes me $22 and my boyfriend an entire pizza. I ordered for pickup 11/22/23 and added a $2.17 tip (in store after being verbally asked “are you going to leave a tip?” Very unprofessional). They changed the tip total to $22!! My boyfriend ordered a pizza last week for delivery and never received it. He called and was told they would send out a new one…. Never received it.

Obvious why Dominos is winning the pizza game... Placed an order in advance to be scheduled for 5PM. Tracked my order online, which stated that it was out for delivery at 04:30. Suspicious as to why it was out for dlivery 30 minutes in advance. Still did not arrive by 5PM. Once the order arrived, my entire order was cold. 2 pizzas and a side of fries. Called to voice my concerns with the manager. The employee stated that my order was propbly cold due to the weather. (I know the delivery person did not walk to my house)... Waited on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up on twice. Never did speak to a manager. Do not waste your money on this business.

I went to this location since our near by Pizza Hut was closed. I went there got my order I knew right off the bat I got the wrong order since I ordered the LARGE dinner and clearly it wasn’t. Lady at the register was rude and didnt even want to help.

Ordered delivery it never showed up called talked to the Manger on night shift at 7:30 pm he said to reorder so I did pizza was supposed to arrive at 9 :45 it showed up at 10:45pm over 3 hours of waiting pizzas were crushed and ice cold store closed at 10pm called next day talked to a different manager for nights she stated they don't do refunds or remakes asked for district management's number she gave me a fake number I called back they hund up on me so I'm out of 63 dollars thanks pizza hut

To add to my review. The order was suppose to take 22 to 33 minutes . It took 2 hours. It was out for dellivery for an hour. Food was cold.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from here and my pizza is mostly burnt and doesn’t have the toppings I added. Pizza tasted horrible, do not recommend ordering here! Go somewhere else. They also never have a website that allows you to use your Hut rewards and they never try to help that situation either. Never going back here.

I ordered 5 medium pan pizzas and one then crushed. I only received 4 pizzas. I had my daughter stop the delivery driver. He stated I only ordered 4 but the receipt clearly showed 6. I called the store and was informed that they ran out of medium crust for two of the pizzas so they changed them to large. I told them that I was basically getting ripped off because making a medium to a large is literally $1-$2 per pizza... I would be out of $16. The woman who answered the phone stated that she would get the pizza back out to me asap. 30 minutes later I received a text that the pizzas were on the way. After an hour of waiting I called back the store and spoke with Bobby. He told me he would refund my order to my card. Funny part is that I paid cash and even gave a tip before knowing my order was messed up. After I told him I paid with cash. He stated that he wouldn't know what to do about that and I would have to call the next day. The 4 pizzas that was delivered was like warm on arrival . Overall mess

I have repeatedly gotten incorrect online orders from this location, but today took the cake. I ordered online and got a text link which showed a 2 hour wait. It seemed odd for 2PM on a Sunday, but I figured that maybe there was some big event.An hour later, it still said 2 hour wait. I call, no answer. I call surrounding Pizza Huts. No answer. I finally got ahold of someone calling the Pizza Hut at 7519 Pacific St. They called this Pizza Hut and also got no answer. I eventually had to call Pizza Hut customer service to hopefully get my money and rewards points refunded.DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR HERE! Best case, they screw up your order. Worst case, they ignore your order entirely.
The place is fast and the food was really good. Very please with the workers also.

Pizza wasn't cut all the way through. The pizza was also not cooked all the way through. It was very thin and gooey still. We called the store. They can send us a replacement, and they said we have to go back to the location to pick up an a replacement even though they can send a delivery driver to pick up the replacement since I wasn't our fault. terrible customer service manager did not care to help! DONT BUY HERE!

I am not ashamed of the fact that I am an absolute pizza snob but on occasion, since I can't get it near my home, I will eat a Pizza Hut pizza and enjoy every minute of it.This is my last night in Omaha, an incredibly impressive and clean city, and decided that I was going to have a 12 inch Supreme with pan crust and marinara sauce. As I only manage to get one of these about once every six months, let me tell you I enjoyed this thoroughly! Bring on the hut!!
