I went there last night order some food online do I can just go and pick it up my order was supposed to be ready a 6:25pm I got there later then that time because is never ready at the time that they always set up so when I got there I pay for my order and apparently they cannot find my order at all the look everywhere and they couldn’t find my order they never told me anything apologies for the inconvenience and delay they just keep walking talking to each other looking for my order the manager walks in never apologize to me about the mistake that apparently and DoorDash or a pizza driver took it by mistake she proceeded to tell me then to remake my order ask for my receipt to make cause they don’t even have the receipt for my order told me it will take 10 minutes I told her I’ll be back came back after 10 minutes the same person that help me earlier never told me anything I ask another person for my order when and look for my order never say anything for me after a while I ask the kid that was the cashier how long more for my food and the food was ready the whole time I wait and hour for no reason never apologize for anything ruin my whole night and my food was cold cause I can tell was not fresh at all I just can’t believe that even that manager lady don’t even have the sense or that connection with customers I work in a restaurant and I will never be Like this with my customers especially if I want to keep more people to the restaurant that I work at.

Prices went up, I get it times are tough. At least provide a service for the extra charge. The service is terrible! In no way reflects
the price or quality. With delivery you have to expect less than showroom shine but come on! What a waste of money! For the price you think your pizza is worth I could have got a pizza that was good. Instead, an hour and a half later I got one soggy piece of excrement not two as ordered and breadsticks with no seasoning for 50.00.

Every time I order to try to see if it's good the same thing happens, I order extra sauce and get maybe a spoon full.. not gonna call to get credits that don't show up on my rewards again. Not worth 30 dollars, dominos it is now. Disappointed from 2 years ago.

Went to store on Sunday 5:30 pm left door locked. No lights in front lobby and no open sign lit up. Not welcoming.

We got over charged we told mason that took the over the phone order about our coupon which was 24.99 and this same kid when we got their charged us 26.99 + tax so it came out to 29.99 I hope this doesn’t happen again
