The front cashier was nice and easy going. I found her helpful.
I observed quite a few sanitary issues. Here they are as follows.
1. The kid making up the pizza didn't have any gloves as he dug into the cheese & pepperoni etc.
2. The cashier in front that handles everyone's cards and cash went to the fry area to help and drop chicken and package it. Never once did she wash her hands or put on gloves when going from taking $ to working with food. It should be that she wash her hands, put on gloves then handle food. It was just a fry basket she handled and the food box she handled but, all the same. The food industry must adhere to all food safety guidelines no matter how busy they are.
2. Also, no food is allowed in the food stations. This same gal was drinking a bottled drink where the fryer was located. That should be in the break room and not where food is prepared.
Management, time to help your employees food handling procedures immediately. These are hard times in the food industry but, food must be taken seriously at all times. No exceptions. Ever.
No need for an auto response to this. Seeing is believing.
People, we need to pay attention everywhere we go. There isn't any exception to proper sanitation no matter where it is or what type of business.

I’m only leaving one star because I have to. I placed an order and one of my delivered items was wrong. I called right away and was offered a refund. I declined opting for them to re deliver it. She scoffed at the fact I wanted to wait and seemed irritated that I didn’t accept a refund. I was told that it would go back out in the next run. Over an hour later I called back and this women raised her voice at me saying I tried to offer you a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted my stuff. The. She went in to tell me that I am not a priority. That every order that came in after my original order would be delivered first then me. I question how fixing their mistake was not a priority. She said because they have to take of the other orders first. And again I was not a priority. An already paid for order that was delivered incorrectly is not their priority at Pizza Hut. She called back a few minutes later and said the driver was on his way with the item. I was at the door waiting when the driver text and said it was at the door. I immediately text back and said I was at the door and the item was not. And he never responded. I called off the hook and straight to voicemail. And of course by then the store was closed. This driver never returned a text, voicemail or call. And I never got my item I already paid for. Wow. Save your money, your time and all of the hassle and order from Pap John’s or somewhere else. Wish I would have.
I just came in tonight and the front desk lady was an idiot. I stood at front desk for 15m8n before she helped me. Then she helped someone before me that was sitting down. She was rude. This place sucks.
10 People standing in Lobby, No employee to greet customers. One driver helped a customer who wanted 1 box. No food. Driver then proceeded to leave store. Another employee came out to put something personal in the warmer behind register. Other customers leaving. Stood their waiting 20 minutes for online order that said ready 20 minutes earlier.

So ordering from this location seems that it will be a challenge in the future. I ordered a simple enough stuffed crust pizza.. When I got it home I discovered that it wasn't fully cooked and in my opinion not edible. I called the store and was rerouted to the call center. I was immediately transfered to the store and spent about 15-20min on hold. The manager seemed frazzled and after looking up my order and agreed to remake my pizza.. I should have stuck with the raw one.. The 2nd one looked like it had exploded and was still not cooked all the way.
The 1st picture in the first pizza being very undercooked and the 2nd picture is of the mess I received as a make up.

they gave my order away and didn’t say anything about it then, for part of my order when i had to already waited for half of it to cook and the first half got cold

I placed an order through the application for it to be delivered to my address, even though it was so close, I did not receive it. And it was charged to my card.
They are very irresponsible in their work, they should fire all these people and hire people who want to work and do their job.

After arriving a little early I was told that my pizza would be ready soon. Totally normal. A little while later after my pizza has been put into the warmer they realize they forgot the bread sticks. They don't mention this to me, I overhear them talking about it. They then to proceed to give me 2 cold pizzas and undercooked bread sticks about 10 minutes later.

After 4 terrible experiences from 3 different pizza huts over the last 3 years, its very clear that your bloated cooperate scheme no longer works. Either threw lack of adequate staff of sheer incompetence your company as a whole is incapable of making me a pizza I will enjoy. I have found myself getting your product less and less over the last 10 years or so, which is a real slap in the face as I grew up eating Pizza Hut and it has always been a go to for my family. Unfortunately outside of extenuating circumstances I have ordered my last Pizza Hut pizza.

Only reason I gave one star because I couldn’t give negative. Almost two hour wait for below average cold pizza. Spent 50 dollars on cold pizza and can’t even get a real human on the phone. Worst customer service will never eat at this location again way too many other options. Save your money and eat somewhere that care about there customers.

Ordered pizza and 40 min later I called to find out why my pizza was soo late. 1.5 hours later it came. 36 dollars for barely warm pizza and it wasn’t cut all the way through. I had to cut it myself because the entire pizza wanted to come up when I pulled on a slice. Horrible service trying to call. No one answered the phone. Also, the add for on-hold to talk to the. Was the same add over and over again.

I ordered at 84th and Q street Dec 28th at 10pm ... I double double checked my order.. they not only got it wrong but didn't even cut the pizza. Thanks alot dies anybody have common sense or work ethic anymore? Or do you just hire stoners with no hs diploma?

Ordered delivery tonight and the melt was great but the medium wings have little to no sauce on them which is disappointing.
Door Dash got confused on my address. However, when I got my food, it was still very hot. Great experience besides mixup in directions.
