I placed a delivery Order at 5:51pm. it was supposed to take 25-35 min to be delivered. At 730pm after calling 4 times and being hung up on, I drove there. The young kid said they had my pizza there still. I said I just wanted a refund, which they were going to refund all but the tip, until I said something. 8:45pm my doorbell rings, it's pizza hut with my pizza. they delivered it after it had been sitting for all that time. trash.

They now use Doordash to deliver. Won't be using them again. Cold food, hard wings and not to mention it was cold outside and the door dash guy showed up wearing a tank top smelling like b.o.

Called ahead to place an order for pick up. The pick up time was repeated back to me. I arrived a few min early and the pizza had not even been started at that time and they said there were multiple orders to be made ahead of mine. Pizza was ready 20 min after the original pick up time. It was disappointing to have to wait that long after the original pick up time. The wings were good, the pizza crust was a little too salty. I love Pizza Hut, especially the stuffed crust, but may not be returning to this specific location.

Every time I order delivery from here they screw up my order. They'll charge me for stuffed crust but give me regular crust or they'll forget my dessert or my pop. I've stopped calling in to complain since one of the managers is very rude. I'll get delivery elsewhere from now on.

I sent the review to the email and they offered a coupon and wanted my home address and phone number. I did not want to share that information and they said there was nothing they could do.

I ordered the New Yorker pizza. Was pretty excited about the double pepperoni but was given this monstrosity instead. I tried calling the store but no one was answering. This isn’t the first time this pizza hut has messed up my order or tried fraudulently charging my card extra tips. I am very likely never coming to this one again.

Great quality and no issues from this location. One of the girls working even offered a limited time basketball (for a price) for my son which made his week!
