It started with their website not working and having to wait until the store opened to pre-order a pizza. The site continued to not work. Finally we got our order in (after having to re-enter it multiple times) and was told it would be delivered in half an hour. An hour after that, I cannot talk to a person on the phone to figure out where our order is. No update. Just robocall saying they got our order (and took our money) and when I eventually was put through to the local store they put the phone on while I heard someone working in the background. No call, no alerts. All around awful experience for subpar pizza.

A few weeks ago I tried ordering pizza over the phone they had me on hold for 45 minutes just to take my order so I hung up and ended up ordering online. I ordered pizzas and wings. They had me waiting for 30 minutes more than what they originally told me. When I received my food I was missing an order of wings so I had to wait more time just for my wing while the rest of my food was getting cold.
Today I place another order it was supposed to be ready at 6:59 and I did not get my food until 7:37 I checked my order and it was someone else’s order. Had to go back into the store to tell them and had me waiting another 10 minutes!
Starting to dislike this location.

Placed an order online at 4:35pm on a Friday and got an email confirmation saying it will not get delivered until 7:15pm. I called to confirm and they confirmed it's correct. I cancelled my order. Don't order at this Pizza Hut.

The worst Pizza Hut in Omaha, everytime I order something here it takes over an hour and the customer service is pathetic, employees just sitting in the back doing nothing and it takes just 5-10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you walked in the restaurant…an absolute joke and should be shut down immediately don’t waste your time here and just go to 160th and maple location

Pizza Hut is a staple of my childhood. However this location is a perfect representation of the sad state. We find Pizza Hut in today. I was just at this location, there was nine people waiting in the lobby. Two orders had come out, but they were wrong, the phone was ringing the entire time, and nobody made any attempt to answer it, And it appeared none of the employees had any idea what was going on. They did appear understaffed so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve been here multiple times in the past couple weeks and I have not seen anything that would lead me to believe it gets better.

Ordered online and was given a time of 45 minutes for our order. Arrived slightly early to be told it would be another 30 minutes because they got a lot of orders at the same time. Left and came back to find it still wasn't ready. When it was finally finished my husband checked the top 2 of three boxes and found out double order of breadsticks wasn't there, but an order of 4 pieces of cheese bread was there. THAT'S when we were told they ran out of breadstick. So they apparently decided they would just substitute something without asking us. We didn't check the last box u til we got home and found our pepperoni lovers pizza was just a regular one topping pepperoni pizza. They gave us a refund for the breadsticks while we were there, but said nothing about the pizza. We ordered and extra marinara for the breadsticks, but didn't need any for the cheese bread so that was wasted. The cheese bread was over cooked and not good at all. We only used this location because it was on the way home from picking up our son. We will never make that mistake again.

Food is fine, it's pizza hut, you get what you expect. But the review is one star because they are now contracting door dash drivers to deliver their pizzas. Review stays until they stop this practice, i'd rather wait an hour for a pizza hut delivery driver and ensure I get a fresh pizza, than wait for a door dash driver to deliver me a cold pizza.
