Terrible food and terrible management. This place is actually disgusting and ran so poorly it’s no wonder the reviews are terrible. Management can’t even onboard new employees properly and then when faced with issues they decide to silent fire you and the ghost. I can’t believe I wasted my time at this trash establishment. Do not eat here or apply here to work. I have never dealt with such incompetence!

Placed an order at 6:47, hours go by, so I call. They can't find my order from my phone number. I give them the order number and it pops up under somebody else's name. They transfer me and the next person can't help either and give me a phone number to call. I call the number and I get an automated call bot giving me options that don't relate to my issue. Horrible experience, never again, I learned my lesson. Go out of business yesterday.

Order said it would be ready at 6:31, arrived on time andn gave name of the order. I then waited for AN HOUR with 0 communication and my order never updated on their screen or my app. I then walked up and asked about the order and the guy pulled it out of the warming case.
I understand being busy, but there were a solid 5-10 people waiting for carryout orders. And NOBODY THOUGHT TO ANNOUNCE WHEN A CARRYOUT ORDER IS READY???

This is a take out only location so atmosphere isn't truly a consideration. I ordered breadsticks to go, and they were done at the time they said they would be. They were also hot and fresh.

Placed an order about an hour ago. My order said it has been delivered hasn’t been delivered. I call up to the store and ask them if we can get my order remade and they told me no I have to wait an extra 20 minutes to see if if the delivery driver gets here Very unprofessional not considerate that an order got stolen and refusing to replace it or give me a refund will never go to this location ever again. Spend $40 to feed my family just for them to steal from my family

We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and buffalo mild wings what was delivered was a stuffed crust cheese pizza and honey BBQ wings. When i tried to call they hung up on me and when I tried to call back I am on hold for 15 minutes

It started with their website not working and having to wait until the store opened to pre-order a pizza. The site continued to not work. Finally we got our order in (after having to re-enter it multiple times) and was told it would be delivered in half an hour. An hour after that, I cannot talk to a person on the phone to figure out where our order is. No update. Just robocall saying they got our order (and took our money) and when I eventually was put through to the local store they put the phone on while I heard someone working in the background. No call, no alerts. All around awful experience for subpar pizza.

A few weeks ago I tried ordering pizza over the phone they had me on hold for 45 minutes just to take my order so I hung up and ended up ordering online. I ordered pizzas and wings. They had me waiting for 30 minutes more than what they originally told me. When I received my food I was missing an order of wings so I had to wait more time just for my wing while the rest of my food was getting cold.
Today I place another order it was supposed to be ready at 6:59 and I did not get my food until 7:37 I checked my order and it was someone else’s order. Had to go back into the store to tell them and had me waiting another 10 minutes!
