The buffet had no chicken, potatoes, stuffing or gravy for the first 5 minutes we were there. The salad dressing was empty as well as many of the other selections. There were several dirty tables piled with plates that were not cleaned up the entire time. No one cleared our dishes when we were finished with them. Will not be back.

To the owner of this Pizza Ranch and Corporate…this review is for a HUGE SHOUT OUT to an AMAZING employee you have in Fitsum who so HAPPILY keeps your restaurant nice and clean!!!!
We were in tonight in a party room celebrating my granddaughters birthday and she greeted us with a smile, was very helpful in meeting our needs, ALWAYS SMILING and was so, so kind to me and my whole family.
When Fitsum wasn’t attending to the party rooms, she was very busy keeping the dining room clean and interacting with the other customers.
It was very busy for a Friday night, but that didn’t change her attitude or how she did her job. Employees like her make it nice to dine out! She’s a keeper!
