This Pizza Ranch location has a great staff. They are very kind and polite and always have a smile. They take their work seriously and take great pains to keep everything clean, stocked and running smoothly. My only complaint is that they have switched to Pepsi products, but they were good enough to offer a non-cola diet soda option in Dt Mt Dew.
First, I’d like to start by saying that some of the staff who helped us were very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. The food was also good, definitely a step up from other pizza buffets we’ve visited.
The main issue, though, was with the room we were given for our birthday party. While we were grateful to have a private room for our group of 12, the temperature in the room was extremely uncomfortable. I mentioned this to who I believe was the front-end manager, and he said he would let his manager know. The message that came back was that the manager would look into it “when he got a moment,” but unfortunately, no one ever came by to check during the two hours we were there.
Because of how hot the room was, several of our guests had to step out repeatedly just to get some relief. This really took away from the celebration, which was disappointing given how nice the rest of the experience was.
We appreciated the kindness of the staff and the quality of the food, but because of this issue and how it was handled, we likely wouldn’t return for another party.
